Although the steel material is excellent in strength and fire resistance, it has a drawback that it easily propagates vibration.
Especially when used as joists for flooring,
The joists are exposed to the impact and fall of heavy objects through the floor.
The impact sound propagates through the steel joists and becomes noise around. In addition, in a multi-story building, noise may be propagated to the lower floors through joists on the upper floors, which increases discomfort to residents. As this kind of noise, especially 500H
The low frequency around z becomes a problem, and it is also disliked that the movement of residents on the upper floor is transmitted to the lower floor. Fall,
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-130537 discloses, for example, a sound insulation panel in which a board such as a wood board or a gypsum board is attached to a vibration-damping steel plate as a material for cutting off noise caused by impact or the like. However, since this sound insulation panel has a laminated structure, it requires a dedicated production line. The present invention has been devised to solve such a problem, and it is easy to manufacture and suppress vibrations by attaching a vibration-damping metal plate using a joist structure having a U-shaped cross section. It is an object of the present invention to provide a steel joist that does not peel off the vibrating metal plate and is excellent in sound insulation and durability.

The steel joists of the present invention are
In order to achieve the object, it comprises a joist main body having a U-shaped cross section and a damping metal plate attached to the inner surface of the joist main body, and the damping metal plate has a plate thickness of 0.1 mm or more. The viscoelastic resin layer applied in a thickness of 10 to 200 μm is formed on one surface of the metal plate. As shown in FIG. 1A, the vibration-damping metal plate used in the present invention has a viscoelastic resin layer 2 formed on one side of the metal plate 1, and a protective release sheet 3 attached to the viscoelastic resin layer 2. It has a structure attached.
As the metal plate 1, cold rolled steel plate, Zn plated steel plate, Al plated steel plate, stainless steel plate, Cu plated steel plate, Cu plate,
A Zn plate, an Al plate or the like is used. The metal plate 1 needs to have a thickness of 0.1 mm or more in order to exhibit a sufficient function as a constraining layer. When the thickness is less than 0.1 mm, the vibration damping effect is reduced.

Since the viscoelastic resin layer 2 is attached to the joist body, an adhesive material is used. Therefore, it is used as a compound in which a tacking agent or the like that enables pressure sensitive adhesion is mixed with a resin component. The viscoelastic resin layer 2 is formed with a thickness of 10 to 200 μm. If the thickness does not reach 10 μm, the vibration damping property is significantly reduced. On the other hand, if the thickness exceeds 200 μm, the viscoelastic cohesive force decreases. The viscoelastic resin layer 2 is an acrylic ester resin,
Alternatively, it is desirable to have a micro layer separation structure such as a polymer alloy that exhibits vibration damping properties by performing a single or blending of a silicone resin in consideration of heat resistance. Further, since it has a vibration damping property in a wider region, it may be subjected to treatment such as blending of components having various glass transition points. Release sheet 3
Protects the viscoelastic resin layer 2 and suppresses alteration.
As the release sheet 3, a synthetic resin film such as stretched polypropylene, a silicone sheet, or paper can be used as long as it can be easily peeled from the viscoelastic resin layer 2.

The damping metal plate 4 having the viscoelastic resin layer 2 formed on the metal plate 1 is attached to the joist main body 5 as shown in FIG. 1 (b). Since a steel material having a U-shaped cross section is used as the joist material main body 5, it is preferable to attach the damping metal plate 4 to the inner side surface of the U-shaped cross section. For example, the damping metal plate 4 is provided on the inner center surface shown by the solid line in FIG.
In the case of affixed with, the damping metal plate 4 is affixed to the center of the flat steel plate in the plate width direction, and then both side parts in the plate width direction can be bent to form a U-shaped cross section. Alternatively, the vibration damping metal plate 4 may be attached after forming the U-shaped cross section. The vibration damping metal plate 4 may be attached to the inner center surface shown by the solid line in FIG. 1B, the inner flange surface shown by the alternate long and short dash line, or the opposite inner flange surface. In either case, since the vibration damping metal plate 4 is attached to the inside of the joist material body 5, the vibration damping metal plate 4 due to contact with other equipment at a construction site or the like.
Peeling is reduced. A joist is assembled with a steel joist 6 to which a vibration damping metal plate 4 is attached, and a flooring such as a floor board is laid on the joist. When vibration is applied to the floor constructed in this way, the vibration-damping metal plate 4 acts as a constraining layer to damp the vibration.

The soundproofing properties of each obtained joist were investigated by a softball drop test. In the softball drop test, the soundproof room 9 shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B was used. In the soundproof room 9, as shown in FIG. 3A, a sound insulation wall 11 provided with a sound absorbing material 10 is erected, and a steel joist 12 is arranged above the sound insulation wall 11 via a wood 8 having a plate thickness of 9 mm. . Steel joist 12
A wood plate 8 having a plate thickness of 9 mm was laid on the wood plate 8 and a rubber plate 13 was laid on the wood plate 8. A soft ball 14 weighing 180 g from a height of 1 m was dropped on the rubber plate 13, and the maximum value of the generated impact sound was measured by the sound level meter 15 with the C characteristic. The survey results are shown in Table 3. Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, a gypsum board 1 having a plate thickness of 15 mm is further provided between the wood 8 and the sound insulation wall 11.
Two sheets of No. 6 were inserted, and the maximum impact value generated by dropping the same softball 14 was measured by the C characteristic. The survey results are shown in Table 4. From the results of both Table 3 and Table 4, the vibration-damping metal plate 4 serves as a restraint layer to produce an effect of suppressing vibration, and the all-pass level AP represented by the strength including all frequency levels of noise is 2 to 2. A soundproofing effect of 5 dB was observed. Also,
At 500 Hz, when two gypsum boards 16 were inserted, a soundproofing effect of more than 10 dB was observed.

As described above, in the steel joist according to the present invention, the damping metal plate is attached to the inner surface of the joist body having the U-shaped cross section. With this structure, a steel joist used for making a joist having excellent soundproofing properties with less peeling of the vibration-damping metal plate can be easily manufactured. The constructed joists exhibit excellent soundproofing / insulation performance against noise around 500 Hz, which is particularly offensive to residents.
