As means for attaching the handrail to the parapet, for example, embedded holes larger than the support pillars are formed in the upper part of the parapet at appropriate intervals, the lower part of the support pillars is inserted into the embedded holes, and mortar is filled in the gap between the support pillars and the embedded holes. After the pillars were erected by the solidification of the mortar, heads and cross rails were installed between the pillars, and a surface lattice was installed between the heads and the horizontal rails. that time,
The stanchions must be held vertically until the mortar solidifies. (For example, JP-A-62-236955, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-8786

Since the exterior structure of the building according to the present invention is as described above, it has the following effects. Since the panel unit is mounted on the outdoor side of the frame, if the present invention is used for the parapet of the balcony, the effective space becomes wider than that of the conventional balcony in which the handrail is mounted on the parapet, and the parapet can be effectively used. Moreover, since the ceramic tiles are attached to the outer surface of the panel unit, the appearance is significantly improved and the fading is eliminated.
