2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 9, when a balcony 1 is provided so as to project outside a dwelling unit 2, for example, in a reinforced concrete building, as shown in FIG. 10, a floor slab 3 of the balcony 1 and a floor of the dwelling unit 2 are provided. In many cases, the slab 4 and the dwelling beam 5 are integrally formed of concrete. In the case of a reinforced concrete building, the balcony 1 is often formed integrally with the dwelling unit 2 side in this way due to the fact that concrete is cast on site, but in the case of a steel-framed unit building, the balcony is not included. The above construction method is not used because it is manufactured as a unit and assembled to the unit on the dwelling unit side locally. A unit building is a building system in which one building is divided into several units in advance and factory-produced, and these are constructed / assembled at a construction site. First, a building unit (room unit) that constitutes a room part of the building Are installed on the foundation and connected to each other, and then the balcony unit is connected next to the building unit.

[0003] Conventionally, for example, as a supporting structure of a balcony in a steel-framed building, one disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-44493 is known. In this structure, as shown in FIG. 11, floor beams 11 of the balcony 10 are connected to the beams 7 and columns 8 on the dwelling unit side by using brackets 9 and the like, whereby the balcony 10 is cantilevered.

However, since the conventional supporting structure supports the balcony 10 in a cantilever manner, when the balcony 10 is heavy, an excessive shear bending moment acts on the beam 7 on the dwelling unit side, which causes the beam 7 to move. Twisting (rolling) may occur. Therefore, it has been necessary to take measures such as providing sufficient reinforcement against twisting or significantly increasing the strength of the beam 7 on the dwelling unit side. In addition, there is a problem in that the degree of freedom in the design plan is reduced due to restrictions on the installation position and size of the balcony due to the relationship against excessive torsional force.

Second Embodiment Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. When the middle part of the balcony support beam 32 is placed on the girder 22 near the outer wall and the extension end 34 is placed on the girder 23 on the back side as in the first embodiment, the main body part 33 of the balcony unit is Due to the weight, the extended end 34 has a girder 2 closer to the outer wall.
An upward force acts on the fulcrum 2 (of course, the weight of the extension end 34 side of the balcony support beam 32 acts downward, but this downward force is equal to the weight of the main body portion 33 side of the balcony unit). It's small enough in comparison, so it's not considered here). Therefore, the extension end 34
Must support with a downward force.

Therefore, in this second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the load of the floor slab 24 on the upper floor is applied downward to the extended end 34 of the balcony support beam 32. Specifically, the receiving object 38 is provided on the upper surface of the extension end 34 of the balcony support beam 32, and the floor slab 2 is focused on the receiving object 38.
The floor slab 24 is supported so that the load of 4 acts. FIG. 7 shows the principle, and FIG. 8 shows the relationship with the girders 22 and 23 of the building unit 40. It is to be noted that the extension end 34 may be attached to the nearby girder 23 or the like by the member 39 having low strength.
It does not matter to connect the lightly. By doing so, the upward force acting on the extension end 34 of the balcony support beam 32 and the downward load (self-weight) of the floor slab 24 are offset,
It is not necessary to rely on the large beam 23 on the back side to support the balcony support beam 32, and the balcony 30 can be supported without installing a member for supporting the balcony support beam 32. However, in this case, the downward load (weight of the balcony 30 and weight of the floor slab 24) is entirely applied to the large beam 22 on the outer wall side. However, since the downward load applied to the girder 22 on the outer wall side can be easily supported by providing the stud or the like, there is no problem unlike the case where the column is provided in the room.
