2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it is a well-known technique to form a color image by a contact reaction between an electron-donating color developing agent and an electron-accepting color developing agent. Is generally applied evenly over the entire surface of the support, so if there are unnecessary areas for copying, use a desensitizing ink that has the function of reducing or eliminating the function of the color developer by flexographic printing or gravure printing. By printing, spot-printing was performed on the surface coated with the color developer to prevent the pressure-sensitive color development of the unnecessary portion of copying.

On the other hand, in recent years, since an apparatus for reading a printed character or a handwritten character by its optical reflectance, that is, an optical character reader (hereinafter referred to as OCR) has been used for inputting information to a computer, it has been used for OCR. The demand for such forms is increasing more and more, and more recently, invoices are automatically issued by machine printing, and the method of reading returned receipts by OCR is rapidly increasing. Therefore, under such a situation, it is necessary to supply a pressure-sensitive copying form that allows the copied characters formed on the pressure-sensitive copying paper to be read using OCR.

Since these pressure-sensitive copying forms are required to optically and reliably read the color-developed image on the formed paper, the color-developed image is used for the OCR.
The light absorptivity of the light source and the light receiving element must be sufficient, and even the lower order parts constituting the form must have sufficient color density. Therefore, for example, in a wide range. Special pressure-sensitive copying paper, such as one coated with a color-forming agent capsule having good light-wavelength absorption and one coated with an increasing amount of color-developing agent to increase the color density of copied characters, must be combined.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION In the desensitizing process for such a special pressure-sensitive copying paper having enhanced color development for OCR, the above-mentioned conventional method is not sufficient, and therefore, the color developing agent is used. The desensitizing ink is applied to the application surface in a larger amount than usual. However, for example, if the applied desensitizing ink is an oxidative polymerization type, the drying is slow and setoff or blocking occurs, or if it is an ultraviolet curing type, it is quick-drying but the lead ink for OCR is also reduced. It has to have the same UV-curing type as the sensitive ink, and has a defect that the desensitized ink is not suitable for the stamp. Therefore, in the present invention, the amount of the desensitizing ink applied to the developer-coated surface of the special pressure-sensitive copying paper with enhanced color reproduction is the same as that of the usual case or more than that of the usual case. An effective desensitizing process with a small amount of sufficient desensitizing function is applied. Therefore, pressure-sensitive copying composed of pressure-sensitive copying paper which is not restricted by set-off and blocking problems or selection of OCR lead ink type. The object is to provide a form, especially a pressure-sensitive copy form for OCR.

The OP varnish applied to the surface coated with the color developer capsules includes oxidative polymerization dry type varnish for offset planographic printing or letterpress, solvent type, water-based, thermosetting type, and ultraviolet curing type. Printing machine, letterpress printing machine,
It is applied or printed on the paper surface by a gravure printing machine, a dedicated varnishing machine, or the like. That is, in the oxidative polymerization dry type, resins such as phenol resin, maleic acid resin, hydrogenated rosin ester, and linseed oil, cinnamon oil, dehydrated castor oil, and other drying oil, and further, a cobalt dryer, and, if necessary, gelation Additives such as agents and extender pigments. For solvent type, low polymerization degree vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate copolymer resin with excellent chemical resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, etc., acrylic ester / styrene copolymer resin with excellent blocking resistance, adhesiveness, etc. In the aqueous type, various acrylic copolymer resins used in the form of colloidal dispersion or emulsion, rosin maleic acid resin with high acid value, resins such as ceramics and their derivatives, auxiliary agents such as alcohols and cellosolves, If necessary, additives such as a water-soluble agent, a plasticizer, a wax, and a moistureproof agent are added. Alternatively, in the thermosetting type, it is a thermosetting polyurethane varnish composed of a polyisocyanate polymer and a polyol. Among these OP varnishes, it is more preferable to use an ultraviolet curable type. This is because it is an ultraviolet curable varnish having the same composition as that of the vehicle of the ultraviolet curable ink, which is dried quickly by irradiation of ultraviolet light without heating and has excellent stability and various resistance of the coating layer.

According to the present invention, the function of the developer is reduced by applying a desensitizing ink to a portion of the front surface of the pressure-sensitive lower sheet or the middle sheet which does not need to be copied, and at the same time, on the back side of the upper sheet or the middle sheet, When printing or writing, a coating layer made of desensitizing ink or OP varnish that covers the coloring agent capsule coating portion is provided at the coloring agent capsule coating portion that contacts the copy unnecessary portion, so that the coloring agent capsule is covered by the coating layer. It is protected and prevents destruction of the capsule due to writing pressure and printing pressure during copying, or even if it is destroyed the color developer is enclosed in the coating layer, resulting in synergy with the desensitizing ink applied to the developer surface. The desensitizing effect is enhanced by the action, and therefore, the amount of desensitizing ink applied to the surface coated with the developer is the same as that in the usual case, or the desensitizing ink has a sufficient desensitizing function even if it is less than the usual amount. Advantages can be obtained such-off and blocking problems, or not constrained to the selection of the type of OCR lead ink.
