It is a business that receives rental fees from customers based on the cost of laundry and laundry. Therefore, for a linen supplier, the number of dirty linens that customers bring home every day is
This is an important point in terms of cost. However, since the number of linens we handle daily is large, it is almost impossible to count them manually, so in the past it was not possible to offer to the customer even if the number of items received at the factory was less than the delivery amount. In addition, since it was not possible to grasp the number of incoming linen, it was difficult to accurately control production, which was a cause of pressure on profits in the linen supply industry.

In the overlapping portion of the laundry, a piece of metal, metal fiber or metal-mixed fiber, which has a different size for each type of laundry or is sewn on and attached with a recognition piece made of different material for each type, is attached. By changing the magnitude of the induced current flowing in the same recognition piece,
The number of sheets of each type of laundry is automatically counted, and this is used as a means for solving the problem.

By doing so, it is possible to detect the number of sheets by discriminating the number of sheets, type, etc. according to the magnitude of the induced current flowing through the recognition piece. In addition, by attaching the recognition piece to the overlapping part of the laundry by attaching it, the metal piece does not directly touch the sensitive bare skin, so there is no risk of feeling foreign matter or scratching the skin. It is possible to prevent allergies from occurring even for people with metal allergies.

When the size of the recognition piece is changed in this way, the magnitude of the induced current generated is different. In addition, the magnitude of the induced current varies depending on the difference in metal material. Therefore, according to the present invention,
The number of sheets can be counted for each type of laundry, and unmanned sorting for each type of laundry is possible, resulting in various advantages in factory operation.

When the metal recognition piece 2 passes through the detection head 4, an induction current flows in the metal piece due to the electromagnetic induction effect. The magnitude of the induced current generated varies depending on the size of the metal piece. Also, the magnitude of the induced current generated varies depending on the difference in metal material. Reference numeral 5 is a conveyor for carrying the linen 1, and the detection head 4 is installed with the conveyor 5 sandwiched therebetween. Reference numeral 6 is a belt that constitutes the conveyor 5, and is made of an insulating material such as rubber or resin so as not to adversely affect the detection head 4. Reference numeral 7 is an air shooter in the embodiment of FIG. 4, which is a device for conveying the linen 1 by suction air. Reference numeral 10 denotes a controller, which detects that when the metal object passes through the detection head 4 part, the inductance and loss of the sensor change due to the electromagnetic induction action and the oscillation amplitude and the oscillation frequency change, and an output signal is generated.
Reference numeral 11 is an output monitor, which is an output monitor output from the controller 10. 12 is a counter, controller 10
Counts and displays the number of times the output signal level of exceeds the preset sensitivity setting value.

That is, when the linen 1 is sewn, metal pieces, metal fibers, or metal-mixed fibers are sewn on and attached to a portion of the linen 1 that is double or more, such as an ear portion or a collar portion. Further, when the size of the recognition piece 2 is changed for each type of the linen 1, the output signal at the time of detection changes, so that it is possible to automatically count the number of sheets and automatically journal the plural types of linen 1. By changing the material of the metal piece depending on the product type, it is possible to automatically sort a plurality of product types.
