Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress stuffiness of feet which is a cause of malodor of feet and generated by sweat and body temperature, by providing a ventilating device on a heel part and delivering air to the inner part of a footgear through inserting a breather pipe into a toe part. CONSTITUTION:A ventilating device peripheral part 1 has an airtight ability and made of a material gives no feeling of hardness when a body weight is added thereto. An elastic porous material 2 has permeability and made of a material having its ability by which a breather pipe 6 is neither completely crushed nor choked up when the body weight is added thereto. The breather pipe 6 is made of a highly elastic raw material such as a silicon tube or the like. In a footgear ventilating insole, valves 9 which prevent air from counter-flowing are provided in an intake ports 7, and in an exhaust ports 8. And when the body weight is added to the heel, the ventilating device part is pushed and narrowed and air is exhausted from the exhaust ports 8, and when the body weight is not added to the heel, air is sucked from the intake ports by means of the restoring force of the highly elastic silicon tube 5 or the like or the highly elastic porous material 5 in the ventilating device. Therefore, the air can be flown in one direction, the air inside of the footgear can be ventilated and the inner part of the footgear is kept at low humidity and thereby the foot stuffiness can be suppressed.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional footwear insole is an insole or shoe which absorbs the bad odor caused by bacteria caused by sweat of the foot and stuffiness of the foot caused by body temperature by activated carbon and suppresses bacteria with an antibacterial agent. There are known shoes with ventilation holes on the arch side of the heel of the bottom, but the insole uses a breathable material, but there is almost no effect of suppressing foot stuffiness, suppressing foul odor The effect did not last forever. In addition, the shoes with ventilation holes described below have no effect on the ventilation of the toes, which is essential, and there is almost no effect on the ventilation of the arch, and water can soak in when walking in the pool due to the capillary phenomenon. There was sex.

[Operation] Since the footwear ventilation insole of the present invention is provided with a valve for preventing backflow of air at the intake port and the exhaust port (or the exhaust port), when the weight is added to the heel, the ventilation device is used. When the weight is not added to the heel because the part is pressed down and exhausted from the exhaust port, the air is taken in from the intake port due to the restoring force of the highly elastic silicon tube etc. in the ventilation device or the highly elastic porous material. It can flow in one direction and can ventilate the air inside the footwear. Also, in the ventilation system of the heel, air that has been warmed to the same level as the body temperature of the heel flows toward the feet, so it does not cause foot cooling. Also, since the skin of the heel is thicker than that of the toes, the heel does not easily sweat compared to the toes. It never becomes humidity. Also, since the air in the tip of the foot is in a closed and warm state compared to the air in the heel, the air in the foot becomes hotter than the air in the heel due to the body temperature, so the heel at the lower part of the foot. By sending the air of, the air at the tip of the foot rises and is exhausted through the instep of the foot to be ventilated.

[Examples] Fig. 1 shows the overall structure of a footwear ventilation insole. 1 is a ventilator part, 2 is an elastic porous material layer, 3 is a ventilation sheet layer, and 4 is a odor adsorption sheet layer such as activated carbon. , Provided to assist the performance of footwear ventilation insoles. This is an example of a structure in which the outer and middle parts of these four layers are bonded by heat and pressure. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the ventilator part and the elastic porous material layer, and 1 is the ventilator outer peripheral part, which is a material that has a sealing ability and does not feel hardness when weight is applied. 2 is an elastic porous material which has ventilation performance and when the weight is added, the ventilation pipe of 6 is completely crushed so that the ventilation pipe is not blocked. 5
Is a material in which ultra-high-elasticity silicon tubes are arranged side by side, or a highly elastic porous material that has a restoring force and does not significantly reduce the intake volume inside the ventilation device of 1. 6 is a ventilation tube made of high elastic material such as silicon tube. 7 is the intake intake. 8
Is the exhaust port. 9 is an air check valve. Dotted line 10 indicates the thermo-compression bonding part. Fig. 3 shows a detailed plan view of the inside of the ventilation device in the heel part, and the symbols are the same as those explained in Fig. 2. FIG. 4 is AA of FIG.
It shows a detailed view of the cross section as seen from the arrow, and each symbol is the same as that explained in Fig. 2. In addition, the ventilation device part of the heel part,
You can take the mode as shown in Fig-5 and Fig-6. Fig. 5 shows a detailed plan view of the inside of the ventilation device in the heel part, and the symbols are the same as those explained in Fig. 2. Fig.6 shows the detailed sectional view taken along the line A-A in Fig.5, and the symbols are the same as those explained in Fig.-2. The difference between Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is that the intake intake is provided under the heel, and when the weight is added, the intake is closed and exhausted from the exhaust, and when the weight is not added. Since the air is taken in through the gap between the heels, the check valve at the intake port is unnecessary. Further, the present invention can take the following embodiments. (1) It can be used by attaching Velcro to footwear such as slippers. (2) 1 if it has the performance described in FIGS.
The materials from to 6 are not limited. (3) The type of 9 check valves described in Fig. 2 is not limited. (4) The number of ventilation pipes and intake ports of 6 explained in Fig. 2 is not limited.
