Description of the Related Art Conventionally, according to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-43925, two sheets facing each other are partially adhered to form a large number of independent filling chambers, and the silicone gel material is filled in the filling chambers. A shock-absorbing shoe has been proposed in which the shock absorber formed by inflating the filling chamber is attached to the crease of the shoe fitted in the accommodating recess of the shoe bottom having the accommodating recess on the upper surface. However, it is necessary to prepare a shock absorber in advance, provide a housing recess on the upper surface of the shoe sole, fit the shock absorber into the housing recess, and adhere the shoe sole to the crease. There is a drawback that the manufacturing process is complicated and the cost is high.

法を発明の要旨とするものである。The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the present invention, a bottom mold (B) having an outsole molding portion (K 1 ) on the upper surface and a lower surface on the lower surface. the first dummy having lower cap forming part of the capsule (K 2) - mode - field and (D 1), the second dummy for shock absorber injection - mode - field and (D 2), top cover molding of the capsule on the top surface the third dummy having parts of (K 3) - mode - equipped field and (D 3)胛部(5), Saidomo - polymerized sequentially field and a combined last (L) (S) from below Place it
A step of integrally molding the outsole (10) and the lower lid (121) of the capsule with a rubber-like elastic body, and a step of integrally molding the upper lid (122) of the capsule on the lower surface of the sac.
The step of extracting the first damy mold (D 1 ) and injecting the liquid shock absorber (123) into the lower lid (121) of the capsule, and the second damy mold (D 2 ) and 3 Dummy
The mold (D 3 ) is pulled out, and the bottom mold (B) on which the outsole (10) and the lower lid (121) of the capsule are placed is lifted in the last (L) direction, and this is side mold. Combined with (S), the lower lid of the capsule (12
1) and the capsule upper lid (122) are made liquid-tight, and then a cushioning midsole (13) is injection-molded around the capsule (12) and the midsole (1)
The gist of the invention is a method for forming a shock-absorbing shoe, which is characterized in that the outsole (10) and the lower surface of the sulcus (5) are adhered via 3).

The gate of the second dame mold (D 2 ) is opened so as to face the opening of the lower lid (121) of the capsule when the first dameer mold (D 1 ) is extracted. An ejection path (T 2 ) communicating with (G 2 ) is formed. If this injection path (T 2 ) is recessed in the central part in the injection direction into a substantially V shape to form a pool (T 2 '), the shock absorbing material (123)
After injection and injection, when the second dami mold (D 2 ) is moved horizontally and extracted, the liquid is dropped from both ends (T 2 ″) and (T 2 ″) of the injection path (T 2 ). It is convenient without doing and polluting other molds.

Then, through the injection passage (T 1 ) of the bottom mold (B), through the injection gate (G 1 ), vinyl chloride resin is applied to the outsole molding portion (K 1 ) and the lower lid molding portion (K 2 ) of the capsule. An outsole molding material made of a rubber-like elastic material such as EVA, thermoplastic rubber, liquid polyurethane, etc. is injected to integrally mold the outsole (10) and the lower lid (121) of the capsule. And at this same time or before and after this step, the third dummy - mode - field (D 3) injection gate from the injection canal (T 3) of - bets capsule lid forming portion through (G 3) (K 3)
Then, an upper lid molding material made of a rubber-like elastic material such as vinyl chloride resin, EVA, thermoplastic rubber, liquid polyurethane is injected to integrally mold the upper lid (122) of the capsule on the lower surface of the bulge (5). Next, the bottom mold (B) is lowered, and the first dame mold (D 1 ) is extracted and the outsole (1
The lower lid (121) of the capsule that was integral with 0) was placed. The bottom mold (B) is raised and combined with the second damee mold (D 2 ), and the ejection path () provided in the second dame mold (D 2 ) on the lower lid (121) of the capsule ( A predetermined amount of liquid shock absorbing material (123) such as liquid silicone, liquid polyurethane, liquid rubber plastisol, etc. is injected into the lower lid (121) of the capsule from T 2 ) through the injection gate (G 2 ) to obtain the gate. After the impact absorbing material (123) remaining in (G 2 ) is dropped into the lower lid (121) of the capsule, a liquid impact absorbing material (12) injected into the lower lid (121) as necessary.
After 3) is partially cross-linked to form a gel, the bottom mold (B) is lowered again to make the second dame mold (D 2 ) and the third mold.
Dummy mold (D 3 ) is removed and the shock absorber (12
The bottom mold having the outsole (10) integrated with the lower lid (121) of the capsule filled with 3) is raised again and combined with the side mold (S), and the last (L).
The upper lid (122) of the capsule and the lower lid (121) of the capsule, which are integrally formed on the lower surface of the scabbard (5) attached to the container, are liquid-tightly polymerized, and then the midsole formed around the capsule (12). Through the injection passage (T 4 ) formed in the side mold (S) in the molding portion (K 4 ) of the outsole (1
0) A midsole molding material composed of a rubber-like elastic material that is softer or more foamable than 0) is injected to mold the midsole (13), and the capsule (12) is placed in the midsole (13). At the same time as embedding, the outsole (10) and the lower surface of the sulcus (5) are adhered to each other via the midsole (13). Incidentally, reference numeral 14 in the drawing denotes an insole.
