Next, the operation will be described. When the float type water level detector 6 is operating normally, water is supplied from the water supply pipe 3 and drained from the drain valve 4 according to the information from the float type water level detector 6. However, when a malfunction occurs in the float type water level detector 6, there is a possibility that water supply above the full water condition and drainage below the water decrease condition will be performed. For this reason, electrode rod sensors 7 and 8 for detecting full water and reduced water are provided, and an external alarm panel 9 issues an alarm.

In the conventional water receiving tank 1 configured as described above, the electrode rod sensors 7 and 8 for detecting fullness and low water level are arranged in the water receiving tank 1, so that these operations are performed. In order to carry out the inspection, it is necessary to open the lid 5 and lean out to check the water level, which causes problems such as poor workability and dust entering the water receiving tank 1. Further, in order to check the operation of the electrode rod sensors 7 and 8 for detecting fullness of water and water reduction, it is necessary to supply and drain a large amount of water 2, so that much water 2 is wasted and a long working time is required. There were also problems such as.

Next, the operation will be described. Normally, the water shutoff valve 13 is in an open state, and the pipe water level 2a of the inspection pipe 11 is equal to the water level in the water receiving tank 1 according to the principle of Pascal. Therefore, when the float type water level detector 6 malfunctions and the water level in the water receiving tank 1 becomes full or low, the abnormality is detected by the full-fill or low-water detection electrode rod sensors 7 and 8 in the inspection pipe 11. The water level is detected.

Further, at the time of checking the operation of the electrode rod sensors 7 and 8 for detecting full water and low water, the water shutoff valve 13 is closed. In this state, in order to inspect the full-filling detection electrode rod sensor 7, first, the pipe cover 12 is removed, and water is poured only into the inspection pipe 11 while visually checking the water level 2a in the pipe. Then, after visually confirming that the full water detection electrode rod sensor 7 is immersed in the water 2, the external alarm panel 9 confirms that the full water detection electrode rod sensor 7 has operated.

Further, at the time of inspection, only the inside of the inspection pipe 11 needs to be filled with water and drained, so that a large amount of water 2 is not wasted and the time therefor can be shortened. Furthermore, when replacing the full-water and water-reduction detecting electrode rod sensors 7 and 8, the water receiving tank 1 can be left as it is and the replacement work can be performed only with the inspection pipe 11, and the workability is improved.

As described above, the abnormal water level detecting device of the present invention is connected to the water receiving tank so that the water level in the pipe becomes equal to the water level in the water receiving tank, and the water level in the pipe can be visually checked. Check pipe, and a sensor for detecting full water and a sensor for detecting decrease in water level, which are located inside the check pipe and detect when the water level in the pipe is at the full water position and the water decrease position, respectively. Since the water shutoff valve provided between the pipe and the drainage means provided in the inspection pipe are provided, it is possible to check the water level without looking into the water receiving tank during the inspection work, which improves workability. In addition to being improved, it is possible to prevent dust and the like from entering the water receiving tank. In addition, since it is not necessary to touch the water in the water receiving tank at the time of inspection, it is hygienic. Furthermore, since it is only necessary to inject and drain water into the inspection pipe, it is possible to shorten the work time of the inspection work and reduce the waste of water and the like, which is advantageous in that it is economical. Furthermore, there is an effect that it is possible to simplify the replacement work of the sensor for detecting the full water and the water reduction.
