【発明の詳細な説明】 (発明の利用分野) 本発明は,種々液体に適用し得る弁付塗布具に関するも
のである。

させる都度,前記弁を軸線方向何れかに移動させて弁と
弁孔との圧接を解き,弁と弁孔の間に液体流通用の隙間
を形成している。前述せる弁の移動手段としては,弁の
前方に塗布部たるペン体を移動自在に配設し,該塗布部
の塗布具より突出する部分を塗布面に押圧することで内
方に押込まれる塗布部と一体に弁を後退させるようにし
たものや,弁の後方に連設されたテーパー面を有する摺
動体を液体収容室内に配設された1対の可撓性操作片の
内方変位で摺動しつつ後退させるようにしたもの(実公
昭55-32784号)が知られている。

作片及びテーパー面を有する摺動体等の複雑な弁開放機
構を要するため,部品点数が多く安価に製作できないと
いった欠点がある。

示したが,該塗布部4は筆様のものに限らず,繊維集束
体,スポンジ或いは前記通孔3の端部をそのまま利用し
たノズル様のものを採用してもよい。5は前記収容室1
とチップ2の間で鍔6を挾着し固定された筒体であり,
該筒体5は前記通孔3と連通する断面円形の弁孔7を有
している。8は円錐外面9を有する弁であり,該弁8は
筒体5後端内面に形成された鍔10との間に張設されたコ
イルスプリング等の弾撥部材11で軸線方向(前方)に付
勢され,円錐外面9を前記弁孔9の端縁に圧接してい
る。又該弁8の後部には弁8の軸線に対し偏心した偏心
部12が連設されており,該偏心部12は前記収容室1の内
側面に若干の隙間を介して対峙している。

偏心部12に押圧力を受けると,第4図に示す如く弾撥部
材11の弾撥力に抗して傾斜し,而して円錐外面9と弁孔
7の端縁との圧接状態が変化する。即ち,弁8が傾斜し
た状態における圧接箇所の断面形状は弁孔7の直径と一
致する長径を有する楕円形となるから,短径部分に当る
円錐外面9と弁孔7との間には傾斜角度に比例して隙間
12が生ずることになる。よって該隙間12の形成により,
収容室1と塗布部4が連通し,収容液体が塗布部4に導
出されることになる。本実施例では前述せる隙間12の形
成とともに収容室1自体が内方に押圧変形されることに
なるので,この収容液体の加圧を利用して液体導出を迅
速に行なうこともできる。

8の付勢方向は前方のみならず第10図に示す如き後方で
あってもよく,その為に弾撥部材11の転移を行なっても
何ら本発明の要旨を変更するものではない。更に実施例
で例示した断面円形の弁孔4及び円錐外面9を有する弁
8は該形状に限らず,弁が傾いた時両者間に隙間を生ず
るものであれば種々採用できる。

ことがないのでコストダウンに貢献でき,しかも種々形
態の塗布部を何ら問題なく採用することができる。
