Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably maintain the tooth root of an abutment tooth or retainer by putting and adhering a cap having elasticity on a magnet structural body of a magnetic attachment and mounting the magnetic attachment to the inside of denture with the gap as a medium, thereby buffering the masticatory pressure acting on the denture by acting the elasticity of the cap. CONSTITUTION:The cap 2 having the elasticity is put on the magnetic attachment 3 for dental purpose. The cap is embedded into the denture 1. As a result, the elastic cap 2 is interposed between the tooth root 7 and the denture 1 and, therefore, the cap acts to buffer the masticatory pressure at the time of eating or acts delicately to the vertical and lateral movements of the denture 1. A user is thus able to take a meal comfortably. Trouble arises in some cases in the denture 1 formed by the purposely formed magnetic attachment 3 for a short period of time but the cap has an effect of preventing such trouble and maintaining the effect of the comfortable mastication of people having meals by the denture 1 over a long period.

[Claims] (1) An elastic cap is placed on a magnetic structure of a magnetic attachment and adhered thereto. (2) It is installed in the denture using the cap as a medium. (3) By utilizing the elasticity of the cap, the occlusal pressure applied to the denture is buffered.
