Japanese Patent Application No. 5-88736 proposes a structure in which kitchen waste is decomposed by microorganisms in the treatment section and components contained in wastewater from the treatment section are decomposed and purified by microorganisms in the purification section. However, in this configuration, the rotation of the stirring blade compresses the treatment medium, and the treatment medium between the treatment unit and the purification unit is solidified,
In this state, kitchen waste that exceeds the ability of the processing section to decompose microorganisms,
In particular, when kitchen waste containing a large amount of difficult-to-decompose components such as starch and gluten is discarded in the treatment section, clogging occurs in the coagulated portion, resulting in poor drainage from the treatment section to the purification section, and There was a risk of obstructing the activity and reducing the garbage disposal capacity.

The insect repellent 60 is formed by mixing a synthetic resin such as a polyolefin resin with a pyrethroid component. Since the pyrethroid-type component evaporated from has a specific gravity 8 times that of air, it prevents the pests generated in the treatment tank 1 from settling toward the opening 43 and exiting to the kitchen feed opening 41 side through the opening 43. At the same time, the pests that have emerged are eradicated by pyrethroid-based components. Therefore, even if the lid 58 is opened when the kitchen waste is exhausted, the pests will not fly out and the user will not feel uncomfortable. Reference numeral 61 denotes a mounting boss integrally formed with the lid body 58, which has a head portion 62 whose diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the mounting boss 61 at the tip, and has a space between the head portion 62 and the head portion 62 in a radial pattern. Rib 63
Is formed. The insect repellent 60 has a pair of cuts, and a mounting hole 64 having a diameter larger than the outer circumference of the mounting boss 61 and smaller than the head 62 is formed. It is designed to be mounted between the head portion 62 of the mounting boss 61 and the radial rib 63, and the insect repellent 60 is maintained by the radial rib 63 with the lid 58 to improve the transpiration property. It has become.

At this time, the lid 58 is opened so as to cover the operating portion 55 as shown in FIG.
The operation unit 55 will not be accidentally operated with the lid 58 open. Further, even if the operating section 55 is operated with the lid 58 opened, the detection means 69 detects the opening of the lid 58, and the control circuit
Since 72 stops energizing the electric motor 9, the stirring blade 11 does not rotate with the lid 58 open.

Receives a signal from the detecting means 69 indicating the closure of the lid 58, operates the operating section 55 to rotate the electric motor 9 in the forward direction, and rotates the stirring blade 11 in the direction of the solid line arrow shown in FIG. Stirring blade 11
Rotates toward the V-shaped ridgeline side of the stirring blade 13, so that the kitchen waste and the processing medium 2 are easily pushed in the axial direction and rotate with a relatively small load. Further, since the stirring blade 13 is curved toward the ridge line side, the kitchen waste located on the processing medium 2 is efficiently drawn into the processing medium 2 and is efficiently mixed with the processing medium 2 in a short period of time. Furthermore, since the stirring blades 13 are arranged in a spiral shape, the kitchen waste and the processing medium 2 are moved not only in the rotation direction but also in the axial direction to stir,
The stirring efficiency is further improved.

After that, the electric motor 9 is rotated in the reverse direction, and the stirring blade 11 is rotated in the direction of the broken line arrow shown in FIG. Since the control circuit 72 reversely rotates the electric motor 9 after the electric motor 9 is completely stopped, the electric motor 9
The back electromotive force does not occur at the time of starting, and the durability of the electric motor 9 can be improved. When the electric motor 9 is in the reverse rotation state, the stirring blade 13 stirs the garbage and the processing medium 2 while pushing them to the outer periphery, and crushes the garbage with the side wall of the processing tank 1. This rotation direction has a larger load than the rotation in the normal rotation direction, but the crushing ability is improved.

The normal rotation and the reverse rotation are alternately repeated, and the operation is stopped when a total of 20 minutes has passed.

Protozoa and bacteria propagate, and these microorganisms decompose garbage into water and carbon dioxide gas and extinguish it. Since the kitchen waste supplied to the processing tank 1 is crushed between the stirring blade 11 and the side wall of the processing tank 1, the kitchen waste decomposes and disappears in a relatively short time. Also, the processing medium 2
Since the temperature is maintained at a temperature at which the microorganisms are activated by the first and second heating means 21 and 26, the activity of the microorganisms is activated, and the decomposition and extinction efficiency of the garbage is further improved.

The stirring blade 11 is rotated in the direction of the solid arrow shown in FIG. Since the rotating shaft 12 and the stirring blade 13 are made of a material having high heat conductivity, the heat of the first heating means 21 is applied to the stirring blade.
It is efficiently transmitted from 13 to the processing medium 2 and uniformly heats the processing medium 2 as the stirring blade 11 rotates. Also, the stirring blade 11
Is rotated in the direction of the solid line arrow shown in FIG. 5, the load applied to the processing tank 1 and the processing medium 2 is relatively small, and the processing tank 1
It is possible to suppress damage such as the above and miniaturization of the processing medium 2.

The water generated by decomposing the kitchen waste passes through the purification unit 4 and is drained to the drainage unit 32. This water contains components that are produced in the process until the garbage is completely decomposed, that is, lower fatty acids such as acetic acid and propionic acid, sulfur compounds such as hydrogen sulfide and methyl sulfide, nitrogen compounds such as ammonia, and acetaldehyde. However, this component is purified by the purification unit 4
It is decomposed by microorganisms, especially bacteria, which propagate in the treatment medium 2, purified, and discharged to the drainage section 21.

When discarded, the water permeability between the treatment section 3 and the purification section 4 on the outer periphery of the stirring blade 13 deteriorates,
Since water passages 31 are formed on both sides of the treatment tank 1 from the treatment unit 3 to the purification unit 4, the water in the treatment unit 3 flows through the water passages 31.
There is no adverse effect on the growth of microorganisms that are discharged to the purification unit 4 via the water and accumulated in the treatment unit 3 to be cultured in the treatment medium 2 of the treatment unit 3.
