Description of the Related Art Conventionally, disposers have been used in foreign countries such as the United States as a means for solving various problems (particularly on the side of the waste generator) caused by raw garbage. However, the disposer had the following drawbacks and problems. (B) Since it is premised on the treatment of sewage wastewater, it is not suitable for use in areas where sewage treatment facilities are not complete because it directly leads to environmental pollution. (B) If the sewage treatment facility is not built on the assumption that the disposer is used, it is not possible to publicly recommend the use of the disposer due to the problem of sewage treatment capacity. (C) In order to prevent clogging of the water distribution pipe, it is necessary to flush a considerable amount of water when using the disposer, which is not good from the viewpoint of resource saving.

Machine has been announced. However, these conventional garbage processing machines also have the following drawbacks and problems. (D) Not compact. The existing food waste processing machine is composed of a combination of a conventional disposer and a separator having a mechanism for separating only the garbage by separating the pulverized product with the disposer into the garbage and the water. Most of them have a motor as a power source built into each of them, and the separating structure is not suitable for downsizing in many cases, so the entire processing machine is inevitably getting larger. Therefore, in the indoor type, the space under the sink becomes almost unusable, and in the outdoor type, since the separator and the garbage collection part are housed together in the storage box, the storage box becomes large and transportability, There was a drawback that it deteriorated the installation workability. (E) Installation work is troublesome. As described above, the conventional food waste disposer is composed of the combination of the disposer and the separator, so that the piping, wiring and the like are complicated and the construction is troublesome. (F) The problem of smell has not been cleared. Many of them could not shut out the smell of raw garbage rising from the separator through the disposer. (G) Drainage efficiency is poor. There is a drawback that the drainage efficiency is deteriorated because the processing speed of the separator is slower than the crushing speed of the disposer, and the mesh or the like from which separated water is discharged is easily clogged. (H) There is a high risk of overflow. Due to the above-mentioned poor drainage, when a large amount of water is made to flow, there is a high risk that the garbage collector will be flooded with water. (I) Manufacturing cost is high. As mentioned above, it uses two power motors and has a complicated structure, which inevitably raises the manufacturing cost, which inevitably sets the selling price too high, which is a negative factor in sales policy. (Nu) Not suitable for commercial use. The commercial disposer has a high processing capacity, and if a separator suitable for it is manufactured by a conventional method, it becomes very large, and it is difficult to commercialize it in terms of installation space and cost.

The raw dust introduced from the dumping port 1 is finely crushed by the crushing wheel 8 rotating at a high speed and the crushing ring 7 fixed to the outer container 3 to reduce the volume. After being converted, it falls into the partition tank 10 and further into the dehydrating tank 6 which is rotating at a high speed from the opening 9 provided at the lower portion thereof. Then, the crushed raw garbage is pressed against the lower portion of the inner surface of the side wall of the dehydration tank 6 by the centrifugal force,
Most of the water contained in the garbage and the water that flows along with the garbage are discharged from the dehydration tank 6 through the dehydration hole formed in the dehydration tank 6 and guided to the water distribution pipe from the drainage port 2. Be drained. Due to this dehydrating action, the amount of raw garbage is greatly reduced. On the other hand, the raw dust pressed against the lower portion of the inner surface of the rotating dehydrating tank 6 is moved up by the spatula 11 from the lower portion to the upper portion while being further dehydrated and reduced. The raw garbage thus greatly reduced in volume and volume is ejected vigorously from the upper part of the dehydration tank 6 by being scraped out by the spatula 11 at the uppermost portion, so that the raw garbage is The raw garbage discharge port 12 provided at the position and direction where it is easily discharged is collected and collected in the collection container. Further, since the inner wall of the dehydration tank 6 is scraped up by the spatula 11, the dehydration hole is always in a state where it is difficult to be clogged. It is done smoothly. Therefore, the risk of overflow into the recovery container can be significantly reduced. Furthermore, in order to completely solve the overflow into the collection container, a valve for preventing the overflow can be provided at the garbage discharge port 12. If this valve is attached by a method of crushing with a disposer and then treating with a separator as in the past, it is difficult to attach the valve because drainage is stopped at the same time, but in the case of the present invention, the overflow prevention valve It became possible to completely prevent the overflow by making it possible to install the.

It may be provided on the side surface or on the upper surface of the outer container 3 depending on the shape of the outer container 1. When the garbage discharge port 12 and the collection container have to be installed separately from each other, the screw type transfer is performed in the pipe connecting them. A device or the like may be attached.

When the shaft is concentrically fixed to the motor shaft 5 so as to be located below the upper end of the opening 9, water is always accumulated in the partition tank 10 up to almost the upper end of the opening 9 formed by being raised. Since it has a trap effect, it is possible to prevent the odor from rising from the water pipe or the collection container.

When the spatula 11 can be brought into contact with or separated from the inner surface of the side wall of the dehydration tank 6 by rotating the shaft 14, the scraps pressed against the inner surface of the side wall of the dehydration tank 6 are separated by the spatula. Since the inner surface of the side wall of the dehydration tub moves to the upper side only when it is in contact with, the dehydration state can be adjusted. Therefore, an optimum dehydration state can be created by appropriately rotating the shaft 14 with a control motor or the like.

When the hollow shaft 15 is set to a rotational speed lower than that of the motor shaft 5 through the transmission gear 17, and the dehydration tank 6 or the dehydration tank 6 and the deodorant lid 13 are attached to the hollow shaft 15, the grinding wheel 8 and The rotation speed of the dehydration tank 6 can be set to different rotation speeds suitable for its operation, the rotation of the grinding wheel 8 can be quickly increased when the motor starts up, and the resistance of the spatula 11 in the dehydration tank 6 can be increased. It is particularly effective when using a motor with a small output, such as a reduction in rotation drop when applied.
