Function: The painted film is heated while drawing a vacuum through the through holes (vent holes) while being in close contact with the top surface of the peripheral wall of the heating plate. At the time of this heating, the portion of the painted film that is brought into close contact with the female cavity is heated by the closed space through the recess and is brought into a non-contact state with the heating plate. When making this non-contact state, the non-contact state is secured by blowing air from the blow-out holes to separate the painting film from the heating plate for a certain distance. Therefore, the hot platen does not come into contact with the pattern part, and the trace of the hole of the hot plate is not attached to the pattern part. In this state, it is cut into one pattern, and the cut decorative film is conveyed together with the heating plate to the opening of the female mold to bring the decorative film into close contact with the female mold and form a cavity between the male mold and the female mold. A molten resin is injected into and a molded product with a pattern is created.

Next, the injection molding simultaneous painting method of this embodiment will be described with reference to the time chart shown in FIG. First, with the hot platen 9 in the standby position (see FIG. 1) and the film pressing plate 32 separated from the hot platen 9,
As described above, the chuck means 34 draws the decorative film X to the front position of the heating plate 9 (step S1), and the drawn drawing film X is pressed against the front surface of the heating plate 9 by the film pressing plate 32 (step S2). . In conjunction with this, the air passage 27 is communicated with the vacuum pump 30 by the three-way switching valve 29, and air is sucked through the ventilation holes 28 to 28 provided in the suction plate 14, so that the pattern Y of the painting film X is transferred. The surrounding peripheral portion is adsorbed to the peripheral wall 14a of the frame-shaped adsorption plate 14 (step S3). Further, the air passage 19 and the groove 18 are communicated with the low-pressure compressor 22 by the three-way switching valve 21.
A small amount of low-pressure air is blown out from the air blowing holes 17 to 17 provided in the heating plate 10, the film is cut by the cutter means 35 thereafter, and the film pressing plate 32 moves backward from the heating plate 9. (Step S4). The amount of air blown out from the air vents 17 to 17 is balanced with the amount of suction from the air vents 28 to 28,
The paint film X keeps non-contact with the hot platen, and the suction plate 14
Adjust it so that it does not slip out or cause tarmi.

After the movement, the hot platen 9 is moved between the molds 1 and 2, and the picture film X is carried in the front surface of the female mold 2. After this loading, each three-way switching valve 21, 29
By keeping the vacuum pump 30 and the low-pressure compressor 22 in communication with each other, the picture film X is adsorbed to the peripheral wall 14a of the adsorption plate 14 at the periphery of the picture, and air is blown between the picture film X and the heating plate 10. Be done. Therefore,
The painting film X is carried in in a flat state (non-contact state) in which it does not contact the surface of the heating plate 10. Since the heating plate 10 of the heating plate 9 is heated by the heaters 24 to 24, the paint film X is transferred from the heating plate 10 through the radiant heat and / or air from the adsorption to the completion of the loading. It is heated by the transfer heat of and softened moderately. In addition, since it is necessary to heat and soften the paint film X,
It is made of a thermoplastic resin film, but the degree of softening is not less than the softening temperature of the thermoplastic resin (defined by the Vicat softening temperature etc.) and lower than the melting temperature.

By the switching operation of 9, the respective air passages 19, 27
The high-pressure compressor 23 is connected to, and high-pressure compressed air is blown out from the air blowing holes 17 to 17 (step S8). By this blowing, the painting film X is brought into close contact with the cavity forming surface 2 a of the female die 2 by the air pressure and the vacuum force inside the female die 2. That is, vacuum pressure forming on the die of the film. At the same time, high-pressure air is blown out from the ventilation holes 28 to 28, and the suction force of the decorative film X is released. Subsequently, as the heating plate 9 is separated from the female mold 2 and returned to the standby position (step S9), the female mold 2 and the male mold 1 are joined by the operation of the ram 7, and the two molds are clamped in the clamped state. Molten resin is discharged into the cavities in the molds 1 and 2, and resin molding is performed (step S10), and at the same time, the pattern Y of the decorative film X is transferred to the resin molded product for painting.
