PURPOSE:To increase a capacity while a turning radius is not increased by a method wherein an enclosed type battery is mounted on the lower part of the body of a battery fork lift and a water replenishing type battery is mounted above the enclosed type battery. CONSTITUTION:As only a large size water replenishing type battery is mounted on a body with a conventional constitution, a distance between wheel bases is large and hence a turning radius is large. In order to solve this problem, an enclosed type battery 3 is mounted on the lower part of the body 2 of a battery fork lift 1 and a water replenishing type battery 4 is mounted above the enclosed type battery 3. With this constitution, a large capacity can be realized without increasing the distance between the wheel bases and, further, the turning radius is not increased.
