The present invention relates to a living device for keeping the freshness of fish.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

In recent years, due to the improvement of water quality management technology, the technology of transporting fish while keeping it alive has been developed, and in many cases, live fish from a distance is shipped to the fish market. After these live fish (such as yellowtail, amberjack, and flatfish) have been traded in the market, blood is removed from the fish while it is still alive to maintain its freshness. ing. This blood removal process differs depending on the purpose of the fish. Normally, two points are cut between the gills and the chest fins, which are the most important parts of the fish, and the root of the tail fin with a knife to make blood removal. For large fish such as sea bream, yellowtail and amberjack, the fish shipped to high-class restaurants require more freshness, so the head of the fish is cut from the back direction to the middle bones to remove blood. The method of removing the nerve in the bone is performed.

When activating these large fish, the head of the fish is cut at once from the back to the middle bones, but cutting the body and head reduces the value of the fish. For this reason, notches are provided to keep the body and head of the fish alive.

【0004】[0004]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, when bleeding fresh fish, large fish are large and powerful, so it is necessary to make a break from the head to the middle bones at a stretch while pressing firmly, and the hand slips during the work. Sometimes I cut my finger, but when I cut my finger, the flaw was deep and it took a long time to heal. Furthermore, when making a cut in the fish for blood removal, it is not possible to perform sufficient blood removal unless the cut is made to the predetermined position and depth. Also, cutting off the head of a fish loses its commercial value, so a skilled technique is required for blood removal work. In addition, the blood bleeding work is performed with a great deal of force, so it is very fatigued and it is difficult to carry out the blood bleeding work continuously, resulting in poor work efficiency. The present invention mechanically and effectively cuts to a proper position and depth without manually holding a kitchen knife to perform blood removal work of fish, and thus the failure of blood removal work of the fish or injury of the operator. The purpose is to prevent and to do safely.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

According to the present invention, a circular rail having a height difference between upper, middle, and lower stages is provided on a peripheral wall surface of a base, and a fixed shaft having a tool support is provided at the center of the base. Then, a rotating disc that rotates on the base is fixed to a rotating cylinder attached to this fixed shaft, a fish stop is provided in the center of the rotating disc, and a plurality of fish receiving parts are arranged on the rotating disc at regular intervals. Each of the fish receiving parts is positioned so as to be radiated, and the front lower surface of each fish receiving portion is pivotally attached to the support rod, and the rear lower surface is provided with traveling legs that travel on the orbiting rail. It is a means to solve the problem.

[Action]

A fish stop is provided in the center of a rotating disc that rotates on a base by a motor, and a fish head is mounted on the rotating disc at regular intervals so that the fish head faces the fish stop. The fish receiving part on both sides of the fish receiving part, and then the rotation disc rotates and the rear end of the fish receiving part rises, the fish receiving part moves forward and descends. The head of the fish comes into contact with the fish stop, and the blood is drawn by making a notch at a predetermined position and depth above the head by the blade attached to the blade support of the fixed rod. When this rotating disk rotates and the rear end of the fish receiving part falls backward, the blood-bleeding fish falls from the rear of the fish receiving part under its own weight and is stored in the container. When the traveling wheels are located on the lower track due to the rotation of this rotating disk, the restraint plates provided on both sides of the fish receiving part spread out, and the fish is put on the fish receiving part again and the above operation is sequentially repeated to perform fish bleeding work. .

It is mounted with screws so that the position can be adjusted. 43 is large live fish such as Inada, amberjack, and flatfish.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the lower front portion of the fish receiving portion 30 is pivotally supported on the upper end of a supporting rod 32 mounted on the rotating disk 16. A traveling leg 35 having wheels 36 at its lower end is adjustably attached to the rear lower surface. With the rotation of the rotary disk 16, the wheels 36 of the traveling legs 35 travel on the orbiting rail 9 mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the base 2. The orbiting rail 9 has an upper track 9a, a middle track 9b, a lower track 9c, a first slope 9d, a second slope 9e, and a third slope 9f having different heights, and the traveling leg 35 Runs on the track while vertically moving the rear part of the fish receiving part 30 with the support rod 32 as a fulcrum.

When activating live fish 43, when a worker places a fish on the fish receiving portion 30 located at A1 and A2 in FIG. 2, the traveling legs 35 of the A1 and A2 are as shown in FIG. It is located on the intermediate portion of the first slope 9d of the orbiting rail 9 and the fish receiving portion 30 maintains a substantially horizontal state (FIG. 4). This fish receiving portion 30 rotates clockwise 45 ° together with the rotary disc 16 so that the traveling leg 35 reaches the middle stage track 9b provided from the first slope 9d to the front portion from the portions indicated by B1 and B2. When the running wheels 35 move up the second slope 9e, the front part of the fish receiving part 30 further lowers.

When the running wheels 35 reach the upper track 9 a, the front part of the fish receiving part 30 is lowered to the lowest position, and the upper end of the operating piece 37 provided on the rotating disk 16 causes the receiving piece provided at the lower end of the restraining piece 31. It abuts against 31a, 31a and pushes the outer portion of the restraining piece 31 upward to automatically narrow it. Therefore, when the fish moves forward and comes into contact with the fish receiving portion 17 and reaches C1 and C2, a cut is formed at a predetermined position and a depth above the fish head by the blade 40 attached to the blade support 12 (see FIG. 1). ), Which causes blood removal. In this case, the running leg 35 travels on the upper track 9a while being raised as shown in FIG. 6, so that the entire fish receiving portion 30 is lowered to the bottom.

When the rotary disk 15 further rotates clockwise by 45 ° and passes through D1 and D2, the running leg 35 runs on the steep slopes 9f and 9f as shown in FIG. The fish descends (FIG. 3), and the fish on the fish receiving portion 30 falls from the rear and is housed in a container located around the base 2. After the rear end of the fish receiving portion 30 provided on the rotating disc 16 descends, the rotating disc 16 further rotates clockwise about 20 °, and the traveling leg 35 travels on the first slope 9d, and the middle thereof. When located at the positions A1 and A2, the fish receiving portion 30 becomes horizontal as shown in FIG. 4, and the worker places live fish 43 on the fish receiving portion 30, respectively.

Since the blood that has been bled is immediately drained into the drainage hole 4 of the base 2 from the hole 19 provided in the rotary disc 16, it does not stain the rotary disc 16 and the blood is drained. To keep the freshness of the fish, it is packed with ice with the head and body connected to each other, or it is shipped with ice etc. after removing the nerve by putting a wire etc. in the middle bone. .

By repeating the above-mentioned steps, it is possible to safely and surely perform the blood removal work called the activation of fish mechanically and accurately. This rejuvenation device 1 can complete the entire process in a half turn, and can attach the blades 40 on both sides of the blade support portion 12 of the fixed shaft 10 to perform work at two locations simultaneously, which is very efficient. is there. Also, since the angle and height can be adjusted depending on the size of the live fish 43 that bleeds the angle of the blade 40, make a cut at an appropriate position and depth according to the size of the live fish. You can

[Effect of device]

According to the present invention, the fish receiving parts provided at regular intervals on the rotating disc are rotated forward and backward by the rotation of the rotating disc to move the traveling legs up and down on the orbiting rail. By changing the posture horizontally, it is possible to perform the blood removal work of the live fish continuously just by placing the live fish on the fish receiving part, so that it can be performed efficiently, so the operator can directly use the kitchen knife. Since there is no need to perform any processing and the mechanical incision can be made efficiently at a predetermined position and depth, the worker has the advantage of being able to perform live work safely and accurately without injury.
