本考案は液体を収納する容器に取着する注出栓に関する

等に、液体容器の注出孔に取着する注出口具と該注出口
具に開封刃を有している内装される開封手段、及び注出
口具を水密に封止するキャップとからなる液体容器用注

フィルム)bによって封止された液体容器の注出孔aに
取着するためのフランジ11から開口筒壁12が延設されて
注出孔aに対応した注出口Aを囲繞形成しており、該注
出口Aに中栓3が内装されている。該中栓3は液体の注
出路31と空気孔32とを囲繞形成している胴部の上端部が
開口筒壁12の上端部と切断可能に3箇所で連結されてお
り、該胴部の下縁には前記シートbを破断開封すること
の出来る鋸歯状の開封刃33を備え、前記3箇所の連結が
切断されると前記シートbの側に降下可能に内装されて
いる。又、開口筒壁12の先端からフランジ11まで設けら
れた切り欠き12aを臨む外周壁の上部に、注出栓本体1
のフランジ11と係合可能な係合手段34がフランジ状に形
成されると共に、該係合手段34に対し90度、180度及び2
70度の位置の外周部上側に係合突起34aを設け、該係合
突起34aに対応する係合突起12bが開口筒壁12の内面下側
に対設されている。従って、中栓3は図面上方から押圧
等されて前記3箇所の連結が切断されると、前記シート
bの側に降下するので、該シートbを突き破って開封さ
せるが、係合手段34が注出栓本体1(フランジ11)と係
合すると共に、係止突起34aと12bとがそれぞれ係合支持
されるため、液体容器内部に落下することがない。符号
12cは開口筒壁12の外周面に螺刻されたキャップ2を螺
合するための捩子である。 キャップ2は、前記注出栓本体1の捩子12cに螺合可能
