2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various kinds of hair removal lotions and the like have been put on the surface of human skin, but disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-11202 as a disposable product. There is a lotion dispenser. As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, this lotion dispenser is provided with 32 in the housing 30 for storing the hair removal lotion 31, so that a distribution opening 33 is opened on the upper wall of the hair removal dispenser 32. Side walls 34 are provided upright on both left and right sides of 33, the distribution opening 33 is sealed by a distribution seal 36, and a large number of independent annular ribs 35a are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the left and right side walls 34 so as to project therefrom. The roller 35 is rotatably attached. Then, at the time of use (for example, during hair removal before surgery), the distribution seal 36 is peeled off to open the distribution opening 33, and then the housing 30 is placed in an inverted posture so that the roller 35 is placed on the human skin surface or the like. Rolling on is done. As a result, the hair removal lotion 31 housed in the above 32 flows down from the distribution opening 33 and flows down onto the roller 35, and the rotation of the roller 35 applies the hair removal lotion 31 to the human skin surface or the like. I have to. Such lotion dispensers are discarded after use.

However, in the above lotion dispenser, a large number of annular ribs 35a are independently formed on the outer peripheral surface of the roller 35 so that they are formed between adjacent annular ribs 35a. The grooves 35b are independent of each other. For this reason, the hair removal lotion 31 flowing down from the distribution opening 33 is removed by the roller 35.
In order to spread the entire width of the distribution opening 33, the width of the distribution opening 33 is made substantially the same as the width of the roller 35, and the distribution opening 33 is
The hair removal lotion 31 flowing down from the above must be made to flow down into each of the grooves 35b formed on the outer peripheral surface of the roller 35. Therefore, a large space for forming the distribution opening 33 is required, and there is a problem that the degree of freedom in design is low. Therefore, it is conceivable to open the distribution opening 33 only in the central portion of the upper wall, but in this case, the hair removal lotion 31 flowing down from the distribution opening 33 does not reach the entire roller 35, but only in the center. get together. For this reason, there is a problem that the coating liquid must be spread to the left and right with fingers after rolling the roller 35.

That is, the roller-applied container according to the present invention has a container body having an upper portion formed at the neck, a horizontally long lid portion attached to the neck portion, and an upper end ceiling portion of the lid portion. A laterally elongated concave portion and a roller rotatably and laterally arranged in the concave portion are provided. On the outer peripheral surface of the roller, there are spiral grooves that rotate in opposite directions from substantially the center of the roller in the axial direction to the end portion. Has been formed. Further, a through hole for flowing out the coating liquid is formed in the center of the recess. At the time of use, the container body is placed in an inverted posture and the roller is rolled on the surface of human skin or the like. As a result, the application liquid such as the hair removal lotion contained in the container body flows down, and the roller provided rotatably in the recess passes through the through hole formed in the center of the recess of the lid. Runs down on top of the center. After that, about half of the coating liquid that flowed down
With the rotation of the roller, the coating liquid that has flowed down while being sent to one end side (right side) through one (right side) spiral groove formed from approximately the center of the outer peripheral surface of the roller to one end (right end) The remaining approximately half of the outer peripheral surface of the roller is formed from approximately the center of the outer peripheral surface of the roller to the other end (left end), and passes through the other (left side) spiral groove that rotates in the opposite direction to the one spiral groove on the other end side (left side). ) Is applied to the human skin surface, etc. Therefore, according to the coating container with the roller of the present invention, the coating liquid flowing down to the center of the roller can be spread uniformly to the left and right as the roller rotates. Moreover, by rotating the roller in the opposite direction, the coating liquid is collected in the center of the roller and partially thickly coated,
It is possible to remove an unnecessary portion of the coating liquid.

Further, in the roller-equipped coating container of the present invention, when the groove widths of the left and right spiral grooves are formed to be the same, the amount of the coating liquid passing through each spiral groove can be made uniform. In addition, if the through hole is formed horizontally long and its width is set to be approximately the same as the sum of the widths of the spiral grooves on both the left and right sides, the coating liquid flowing down to the approximate center of the roller will always flow in both spiral grooves. Can be made to flow down. Further, in the case where the annular recess is formed in the horizontally elongated recess so as to surround the through hole, the coating liquid adhered to the roller will not spread even after the use and the coating container with the roller is placed in the upright posture. After flowing down to the horizontal concave portion, it flows along the bottom surface of the horizontally long concave portion and flows into the annular concave portion to accumulate, and hardly adheres to the through hole. For this reason,
The solidified coating solution does not block the through holes or reduce the opening area.

As described above, according to the coating container with a roller, the hair removal lotion can be spread evenly left and right only by rolling the roller 3 on the surface of human skin or the like. In this case, the right side portion and the left side portion of the spiral groove 16 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the roller 3 are formed to have the same groove width, and the lateral width of the through hole 8 is approximately 2 times the groove width of the spiral groove 16. Since it is doubled, the coating liquid that has flowed down onto the central portion of the roller can be evenly sent to the left and right. If the hair removal lotion adhering to the roller 3 flows down into the recess 4 of the lid 2 and then flows along the bottom surface into the annular recess 6 after use, the hair removal lotion adhered to the roller 3 flows into the through hole 8. Almost no adhesion, and the solidified hair removal lotion does not block the through holes 8 or reduce the opening area.

As described above, according to the coating container with a roller of the present invention, the coating liquid flowing down to the center of the roller can be spread evenly left and right as the roller rotates. Moreover, by rotating the roller in the opposite direction, the coating liquid can be collected in the center of the roller to partially thickly coat it, or remove the coating liquid in unnecessary portions. Further, in the coating container with the roller of the present invention, when the groove widths of the left and right spiral grooves are formed to be the same, the amount of the coating liquid passing through each spiral groove can be made uniform. After flowing down to the horizontal concave portion, it flows along the bottom surface of the horizontally long concave portion and flows into the annular concave portion where it is accumulated and hardly adheres to the through hole. For this reason, the solidified coating liquid does not block the through holes or reduce the opening area.
