By the way, in such a conventional vending machine, the water accumulated in the evaporation tray 14 is
At the same time as being heated by the high-temperature refrigerant flowing in the evaporation coil 17, the evaporation mat 18 sucks up the air in the machine room 7 with a wide surface to evaporate it. As a result, if the amount of water that evaporates is larger than the amount of water that flows into the evaporating dish 14, it is possible to prevent the water that has accumulated in the evaporating dish 14 from overflowing and flooding the vending machine and its installation surface.

On the other hand, the air in the machine room 7 flows into and out of the ventilation port 10 and the ventilation port 15 and the blower 6 and the outside air.
The air is blown by the air flow and is convected by the heat generated by the compressor 4, the condenser 5, the evaporation coil 17, and the like to flow. However, the blower 6 blows air toward the condenser 5, and in an automatic vending machine that is often installed adjacent to a building (not shown), the outside air that flows in and out of the ventilation port 10 and the ventilation port 15 does not flow outside air. There is also little convection due to heat generation of the compressor 4, the condenser 5, the evaporation coil 17, and the like. Therefore, the air in the vicinity of the evaporating dish 14, especially in the air on the upper side, is slightly stagnant and easily becomes stagnant and becomes high in humidity, so that the water in the evaporating dish 14 is suppressed from evaporating, overflows excessively, and overflows. Also, there is a problem that the installation surface is submerged.

Therefore, according to the present invention, when the amount of water in the evaporating dish is large, the flow of air in the vicinity of the evaporating dish is improved to promote the evaporation of the water in the evaporating dish so that the water overflows from the evaporating dish. The purpose is to provide a vending machine that does not exist.

According to the present invention, according to the above construction, there is provided a blower that blows air toward the evaporation tray, and a control device that includes a detection device that detects the water level of the water in the evaporation tray and that controls the operation of the blower. Since the air is blown by the blower, it is possible to increase the flow of air in the vicinity of the evaporation tray, especially on the upper side. This makes it possible to increase the evaporation amount of water in the evaporation tray and When the water level is detected by the detection device and the control device controls the operation of the blower, when the amount of water in the evaporation dish is large, the blower can blow air to the evaporation dish.

Further, since the control device is a device equipped with a time delay relay that can set the set time to a predetermined time and controls the operating time of the blower, the time set to the time relay is set to the predetermined set time. By doing so, for example, when the detection device detects that the water level in the evaporation dish has reached the upper limit, the blower can be operated for the predetermined time set by the time delay relay.

Further, since the detection device is a device having a float that floats in the water in the evaporation dish as a constituent element, the position of the float is detected by, for example, a limit switch, so that the inside of the evaporation dish can be detected. It can detect whether the water level is at the upper limit or at the lower limit.

As described above, according to the present invention, the product is stored by being cooled by a cooling device having a condenser, a compressor, etc. as components, and the inside of the cooling chamber in which the outer peripheral surface opening is covered by the cooling chamber door is cooled in the air. The water contained in is condensed to form water droplets, which collects water adhering to the cooling chamber inner surface, the cooling chamber door outer peripheral surface, and the like, and is of a pipeline that guides the high-temperature refrigerant compressed by the compressor to the condenser. A blower that blows air toward an evaporating dish disposed inside the coil-shaped portion and is disposed on the lower side outside the cooling chamber, and a detection device that detects the water level of the water in the evaporating dish Since it is equipped with a control device that controls the operation, it is possible to increase the amount of water evaporated in the evaporation tray by blowing air with a blower, and especially when the amount of water in the evaporation tray is large, A blower can be used to accelerate the evaporation of the water in the evaporation tray. This prevents water in the evaporation tray from overflowing and flooding the vending machine and its installation surface. At the same time, the blower is operated only when the amount of water in the evaporation tray is large to reduce power consumption. The increase can be suppressed.

Further, since the detection device is a device having a float floating in water in the evaporation dish as a constituent element, it is possible to detect whether the water level in the evaporation dish is at the upper limit or the lower limit. The water level in the evaporation dish can be reliably detected with a simple configuration. As a result, when the amount of water in the evaporating dish is large, the flow of air in the vicinity of the evaporating dish, especially in the upper side is improved to promote the evaporation of the water in the evaporating dish, so that the water in the evaporating dish overflows. It is possible to prevent the interior of the vending machine and its installation surface from being flooded and to suppress an increase in power consumption.
