Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an emergent repairing patch for temporarily and urgently repairing a cloth, especially the run or open seam of stockings or pantyhose. CONSTITUTION:An emergent repairing patch is produced by successively forming bent parts in mounts, superposing and adhering the bent parts to the bent parts of other mounts in a peelable state, and subsequently adhering repairing pieces 3 over the superposed parts, the repairing pieces 3 being produced by coating or adhering an adhesive agent (e.g. a double coated adhesive tape) to one side of a cloth piece. The repairing piece is produced from the same or similar raw material as that of a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, stockings or a pantyhose. In the case of the woven fabric, the emergent repairing patch can be cut into a proper length or size and subsequently used, and the emergent repairing patch can be cut into e.g. a tapelike piece or a biased piece. The repairing piece 3 can easily be peeled without deforming the shape of the repairing piece and subsequently applied to the emergent repair of a cloth, thereby being extremely useful.

Claims (4)
