[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, regarding the molded member to which the conductive wire is connected as described above, the connecting portion of the conductive wire and the base of the cylindrical portion are put in the mold, and the insulating material such as synthetic resin is injected into the mold to fix the connecting portion. In addition, when forming the grip part, the pressure of insulating material such as synthetic resin is large, so that it enters into the tube part from the base opening of the tube part from around the tongue to inflate the tube part, or The product yield of the round pin type connector has been bad, and it has been a problem because it sticks out from the butt gap and cannot be inserted as a round pin type connector. Therefore, in order to maintain the posture of the tongue protruding inside the tube, the tip side tube of the tongue was pushed to protrude the wall of the tube inward, and a measure was taken to prevent the ingress of insulating material. Since a gap remains between the tongue member and the inner wall of the tubular member, it is not possible to prevent the insulative material from entering through the gap, which is a problem. The present invention aims to solve the problems associated with the penetration of the insulating material in these conventional round pin connectors.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

The present invention prevents the intrusion of the insulating material into the tubular portion at the stage of forming the handling portion of the round pin connector while fixing the conducting wire and the tubular portion at the connection portion with the insulating material. It is intended to provide a round pin type connector capable of That is, according to the present invention, there is provided a tubular portion made of a conductive material, which is formed by closing the tip portion and opening the base portion, and a conductive wire formed by extending a part of the base portion of the tubular portion. A round pin type connector having a crimping part and a grip part made of an insulating material, which is formed so as to cover the base part of the tubular part and the crimping part of the conductor, and a round hole is formed in the back part of the base part of the tubular part. The wall of the tip of the hole is formed with a tongue having the inner cross-sectional shape of the cylinder protruding inward, and the peripheral edge of the tongue is formed on the inner surface of the cylinder. A round pin-shaped connector is characterized in that the insulating material of the gripping portion is inserted into a concave portion formed side by side with the tongue portion and covers the hole of the base portion and the crimping portion of the lead wire.

According to the present invention, a tongue portion is formed by a tongue piece or the like that is bent inward by cutting and bending in the base portion of the cylindrical portion of the round pin connector, and the inside of the cylindrical portion base portion is partitioned by the tongue member. This prevents an insulating material such as a synthetic resin from entering the inside of the tubular portion. In the present invention, in order to ensure the partition in the base of the tubular portion by the tongue piece, the peripheral edge of the tongue portion can be inserted around the inner wall of the tubular portion aligned with the tongue portion, that is, can be fitted, inlaid or pressed. Thus, a groove-shaped recess is formed.

In the present invention, the tongue portion can be formed by cutting and bending the base portion of the central portion of the plate portion before forming the tubular portion. In the present invention, the groove-shaped recess is formed by upsetting by forging or pressing on the plate before the tongue is formed by cutting and bending.

In the present invention, in the case of a connector for MRI, as the tubular portion made of a conductive material, for example, a brass material plated with gold, tin or nickel or a nickel silver material is used, and as the conductor wire, For example, carbon wire is used. In the present invention, the base portion of the tubular portion may be integrally formed with the lead wire connecting portion. In this case, the conducting wire can be integrally connected to the tubular portion via the conducting wire connecting portion.

[Action]

According to the present invention, a tongue portion having a cross-sectional shape is formed by projecting inwardly inside a cylindrical portion of a round pin connector, and a peripheral portion of the tongue portion is arranged on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion so as to be aligned with the tongue portion. Since it enters the formed recess, the peripheral edge of the tongue is held in the recess, and the periphery of the tongue is sufficiently liquid-tight, so that the insulating material can be prevented from entering the inside of the tubular portion. Further, according to the present invention, when the insulating material is injected into the base portion and the crimping portion of the cylindrical portion to manufacture the grip portion and fix the cylindrical portion and the lead wire connecting portion, the insulating material is prevented from entering the cylindrical portion. As a result, the round pin type connector can be manufactured with high dimensional accuracy and high yield when the round pin type connector is manufactured.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples and description. FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional side view of a round pin type plug according to an embodiment of the present invention with a part thereof cut away, and FIG. 2 is a round pin type plug according to another embodiment of the present invention. It is a schematic sectional side view about a jack.

In FIG. 1, the cylindrical portion 2 made of a conductive material of the round pin plug 1 is formed by rolling a plate member for a cylindrical member. Before bending into a tubular shape, a plate member for a tubular member is first formed with a groove 4 on a tubular base 3 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the tubular body, and then a tongue is formed by a bending process. The part 5 is raised and formed on the inner wall side. The plate member having the groove 4 and the tongue portion 5 thus formed is rolled into a cylindrical shape by bending.

In the tubular portion 2, the peripheral edge portion 6 of the tongue portion 5 is press-fitted into the groove 4 formed in the inner wall surface 7 of the tubular portion 2 in the process of rolling the tubular portion 2. On the base side of the tongue portion 5, the cylindrical portion 2 has a hole 8 formed in the tongue portion 5 by pulling out the tongue portion 5 during bending by cutting and bending. This hole 8 facilitates the intrusion of the insulating material into the base of the tubular portion, and facilitates the formation of the grip portion. A groove 4 is formed in the tubular portion 2 at a position aligned with the tongue portion 5. In this example, when the plate member for forming the cylindrical portion of the round pin-shaped plug 1 is rounded by bending to form the cylindrical portion 2, in this example, the peripheral edge portion 6 of the tongue portion 5 is inside the groove 4. When fitted, a liquid-tight sealing portion 9 is formed between the peripheral edge portion 6 of the tongue portion 5 and the wall surface of the groove 4.

Since the present example is configured as described above, after the conductor wire (not shown) is crimped and connected to the conductor wire connection portion 10, the base portion 3 of the tube portion 2 and the conductor wire connection portion 10 are molded ( (Not shown), injecting an insulating material into the mold, covering the base portion 3 and the conductor connecting portion 10 of the tubular portion 2 with the insulating material 11 to form the grip portion 16, but Even if the liquid is injected into the mold, in this example, since the peripheral edge portion 6 of the tongue portion 5 and the surface of the groove 4 are formed liquid-tight or comparatively liquid-tight, insulation in the tubular portion 2 is prevented. Intrusion of the material 11 does not occur.

Therefore, in this example, even if there is a slight gap 15 in the abutting portion 14 of the side edge portion 13 of the tubular member of the plug portion 12, gripping is performed by molding the insulating material in the mold. When manufacturing the portion 16 and fixing the lead wire connecting portion 10, the insulating material is hardly blocked by the tongue portion 5 and intrudes into the cylindrical portion 2 on the plug portion side. The resin material does not overflow. Therefore, in this example, the dimensional accuracy of the contact portion of the round pin-shaped plug can be improved when manufacturing the round pin-shaped plug, and the round pin-shaped plug can be manufactured with high yield.

The embodiment of FIG. 2 is an example of a round pin type jack. In this example, the round pin-shaped jack 17 is formed of a tubular portion 18 made of a conductive material, a conductor connecting portion 20 formed on a base 19 of the tubular portion 18, and an insulating portion 22 made of an insulating material 21. There is. A contact pin insertion portion 23 is formed on the distal end side of the tubular portion 18 made of a conductive material. Around the contact pin insertion portion 23, a tubular shell portion 24 made of an insulating material is formed at a distance from the contact pin. The insulating portion 22 is further formed so as to cover the periphery of the tubular portion 18 and the lead wire connecting portion 20 made of a conductive material. The insulating portion 22 forms a tubular shell portion 24 on the tip side and the grip portion 25 on the lower side. Is formed.

Also in this example, similarly to the example of FIG. 1, the tubular portion 18 made of a conductive material is formed by the tongue portion 26 protruding inward on the base portion 19, and the peripheral edge portion 27 of the tongue portion 26 is formed. In the process of rolling the tubular portion 18, it is press-fitted into the groove 29 formed in the inner wall surface 28 of the tubular portion 18. Further, in the tubular portion 18, a hole 30 formed by pulling out the tongue portion 26 when the tongue portion 26 is formed by bending by cutting and bending is formed on the base side of the tongue portion 26. Has been done. This hole 30 facilitates the intrusion of the insulating material into the base of the tubular portion and facilitates the secure retention of the base 19 of the tubular portion 18 within the insulating material 21.

Since this example is configured as described above, for example, after connecting the carbon wire 31 to the conductor wire connection portion 20 of the base portion 19 of the tubular portion 18, the base portion 19 and the conductor wire connection portion 20 of the tubular portion 18 are The tubular portion 18 can be fixed in the insulating portion 22 by disposing it in a die (not shown) and injecting an insulating material into the die. In this example, since the peripheral edge portion 27 of the tongue portion 26 enters the groove 29 and the surface between the peripheral edge portion 27 of the tongue portion 26 and the groove 29 is liquid-tight, an insulating material for the inside of the tubular portion 18 on the jack side is formed. 21 intrusions do not occur.

Therefore, in this example, by the engagement of the peripheral edge portion 27 of the tongue portion 26 and the groove portion 29, between the abutting portions of the side edge portions of the plate member (neither is shown in FIG. 2). Even if there is a slight gap, the insulating material does not enter into the insertion space 32 of the round pin-shaped plug of the tubular portion 18, so that the plug insertion is not hindered. Therefore, also in this example, as in the case of the round pin type plug shown in FIG. 1, when the round pin type jack is manufactured, the contact portion of the round pin type jack can be manufactured with high dimensional accuracy, and the high yield is achieved. A round pin-shaped jack can be obtained at a rate.

[Effect of device]

According to the present invention, a tongue portion having a cross-sectional shape is formed by projecting inwardly inside a cylindrical portion of a round pin connector, and a peripheral portion of the tongue portion is arranged on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion so as to be aligned with the tongue portion. As it seals the liquid-tight insulating material by entering into the formed recess, compared to the conventional round pin connector, the insulating material is injected into the base of the tube and the crimping part, and the grip When manufacturing the part and fixing the tube part and the conductor wire connection part, the insulating material is less likely to penetrate into the tube part and the dimensional accuracy of the contact part of the round pin connector can be improved. The yield can be improved.
