Therefore, even if the minimum number of characters is used, it is not possible to print a large amount of information on a single sheet of paper, and if a large amount of information is to be carried around as a printed matter, it will be considerably bulky. There is a problem in portability and handling. In addition, recently, there is a problem in producing such a large amount of printed matter in terms of global resource protection and global environment protection, such as the desertification of the earth and abnormal weather due to excessive logging of forests as paper resources. .

The net positive film is negatively exposed,
After that, either the method of reversing this negative to obtain a positive or the method of obtaining it by a direct positive may be used.
Negative up to line 00 is reversed and then reversed to positive. Further, in the offset printing method according to the present invention, in the plate making process, the standard highlight setup position is set so that the halftone dots of the ratio Y 1 (%) obtained by the following formula (1) are entered, and the standard shadow setup It is preferable to set so that the halftone dots of the ratio Y 2 (%) obtained by the following formula (2) enter the position.

When the surface tension is less than 40 dynes / cm, the thickness of the dampening water layer becomes smaller than that of the ink layer, so that the ink flows into the dampening water layer side and print stains easily occur. Become. On the other hand, if it exceeds 45 dynes / cm, the thickness of the dampening water layer becomes thicker than the thickness of the ink layer, so that it becomes difficult for the ink to adhere to the side of the blanket cylinder, and there is a risk that fading occurs in printing.

Comparative Example 2 A card print was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the pH of the dampening water was 3.5.
The obtained card print had bleeding and crushed characters. (Comparative Example 3) A card print was obtained in the same manner as in Example 2 except that the surface tension of the dampening water was set to 39 dynes / cm.
The obtained card print had bleeding and crushed characters. (Comparative Example 4) A card print was obtained in the same manner as in Example 2 except that the surface tension of the dampening water was 47 dynes / cm.
The obtained card print had bleeding and crushed characters. The printed matter according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the card 100 is printed with the Hyakunin Isshu, but various information necessary for business and the like may be printed. If you have several cards of this kind, even if the other party suddenly asks a question, you can give an answer immediately, which is very convenient. Moreover, it is not bulky and lightweight, and easily fits in the pocket of the jacket, etc., so it does not interfere with carrying. In addition, printed materials such as art books, pictorial records, photo books, maps, etc., which require sharpness, can be provided in a small size.
