Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispense with secondary working such as terminal bending work and insertion of the terminal in molding by inserting an output terminal to be fixed to a case into projections disposed previously in the case, covering the terminal with an insulating material, containing a plurality of batteries, and covering the batteries with another case, and fixing the terminal to the case. CONSTITUTION:A battery pack 1 is inserted under hook projections 7a, 7b formed on a case 4 at one end of each of terminals 5a, 5b, which are exposed to terminal holes 6a, 6b formed in the case 4, and is pressed against the case 4 by a battery 2 for containing the terminals 5a, 5b inside the cases 3, 4 so as to fix the terminals 5a, 5b to the case 4.

固定するようにしている。

う二次加工を必要としたり、成形時に端子を挿入する事
を必要とするようなことがなくなる。従って全体として
製造が容易になると共に製造コストの低減化を図ること
ができる。
