Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize an oil pressure unit, and facilitate its operation by suppressing the whole height thereof without reducing its capacity for reserving operating oil in an oil tank. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 4 which is isolated from the inside of an oil tank 1 is formed by sinking it from upper plates 3A, 3B of the oil tank 1 in which operating oil is reserved, a vertical electrically driven motor 6 which is connected integratedly to the hydraulic pump 7 which is oriented upward is mounted in the recessed part 4, the electrically driven motor 6 mounted in the recessed part 4 is provided by opening the side of the recessed part 4 outward so as to take out the electrically driven motor 6 horizontally. In a capacity for reserving operating oil which is reduced by miniaturizing the width size and the lateral size of the oil tank 1, a reducing amount is supplemented by increasing the height of a position other than the recessed part 4 of the oil tank 1, so that increase of the height which is caused by supplementing the reducing amount is not under the influence of the recessed part 4. Even if the height of a position other than the recessed part 4 is increased, both height levels of the electrically driven motor 6 mounted in the recessed part 4 and an oil pressure pump 7 which is connected integratedly to the electrically driven motor 6 are not changed, and the whole height of the hydraulic unit can be suppressed.

In recent years, from the viewpoint of space saving, a hydraulic unit 28 has been installed in the hoistway 26 to eliminate the machine room 27. However, since the plunger 31 and the basket 32 are provided in the hoistway 26, the installation space of the hydraulic unit 28 is limited, and the width dimension of the hydraulic unit 28 (the right angle to the plane of FIG. direction)
If the horizontal dimension (horizontal direction in FIG. 6) is reduced, the width dimension and the horizontal dimension of the oil tank 34 are reduced accordingly, and the capacity for storing hydraulic oil is reduced. The height of the tank 34 (vertical direction in FIG. 6) must be increased, and the height of the hydraulic unit 28 as a whole becomes high accordingly. Therefore, when the hydraulic unit 28 is installed in the hoistway 26, it should be handled. There was a problem that it became difficult. The present invention solves such a problem, and provides a small-sized and easy-to-handle hydraulic unit that suppresses the overall height without reducing the capacity of the oil tank for storing the hydraulic oil.

In the structure of the present invention, the hydraulic oil that is reduced by increasing the height of the oil tank other than the concave portion for accommodating the electric motor to reduce the width and lateral dimensions of the oil tank is stored. The increase in height by compensating for the decrease in capacity and compensating for the decrease does not affect the recess. For this reason,
Even if the height of the parts other than the recess is increased, the height of the electric motor housed in the recess and the hydraulic pump integrally connected to the upper direction of the electric motor does not change, and it is installed specially on the electric motor and hydraulic pump. Compared with the conventional hydraulic unit in which the height of the oil tank is inevitably increased by increasing the height of the oil tank, the height of the entire hydraulic unit can be suppressed, and the size and size of the hydraulic unit can be easily handled. The electric motor housed in the recess can be taken out horizontally along with the hydraulic pump from the side of the recess that is open to the outside, so maintenance and inspection can be performed well even when the installation location of the hydraulic unit is restricted upward. Can be done

With this operation, the vertical electric motor 6 in which the hydraulic pump 7 is positioned in the upward direction and integrally connected is connected to the oil tank 1.
The width dimension of the oil tank 1 is increased by making it recessed from the upper plates 3A and 3B and accommodating in a recess 4 formed separately from the inside of the oil tank 1 and increasing the height of the oil tank 1 except the recess 4. By compensating for the decrease in the capacity for storing hydraulic oil, which is reduced by reducing the horizontal direction (the vertical direction in FIG. 2) and the lateral dimension (the horizontal direction in FIG. 1),
Since the increase in height by compensating for the decrease does not affect the concave portion 4, even if the height of the parts other than the concave portion 4 is increased,
The heights of the electric motor 6 and the hydraulic pump 7 integrally connected to the electric motor 6 in the upward direction are not changed, and by increasing the height of the electric motor and the oil tank specially installed on the hydraulic pump. Compared with the conventional hydraulic unit in which the overall height inevitably increases, the overall height of the hydraulic unit 2 can be suppressed without reducing the capacity for storing the hydraulic oil in the oil tank 1, and the size is small. Can be easily handled.

Further, the electric motor 6 housed in the recess 4 has the hydraulic pump 7 in which the connection between the suction pipe 10 and the control valve 12 is released by loosening the screw member 9 and releasing the fixation to the upper plates 3A and 3B. At the same time, the side plate 22A or 22B of the cover member 22 is removed, and the side plate 1A of the recess 4 opened to the outside.
It can be taken out horizontally from the side of the side plate or the side of the side plate 1B, so maintenance and inspection should be performed while the installation location of the hydraulic unit 2 is restricted to the upper direction such as the hoistway (see Fig. 6). It can be done well. Furthermore, the electric motor 6 and the hydraulic muffler 1 in which the hydraulic pump 7 is integrally connected.
4 is upper plates 3A, 3 via the cushioning members 8 and 18, respectively.
Since it is fixed to B, the vibrations generated by the operation of the electric motor 6 and the hydraulic pump 7 and the vibrations generated by the introduction of the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic muffler 14 are absorbed by the buffer members 8 and 18 and propagated to the oil tank 1. Can be reduced, and better quietness can be achieved. Furthermore, since the control valve 12 connected to the hydraulic pump 7 is detachably fixed to the flange member 17 of the hydraulic muffler 14, when the hydraulic pump 7 is taken out for maintenance and inspection, it is connected to the hydraulic pump 7. Even if it is released, the fixed state can be maintained, and it is not necessary to take it out together with the hydraulic pump 7, and it can be easily handled. Furthermore,
Since the electric motor 6 and the hydraulic pump 7 are integrally connected to each other and the hydraulic pump 7 is provided as a vertical shape positioned above the electric motor 6 and is housed in the recess 4 of the oil tank 1, the hydraulic pump is positioned below the electric motor. The hydraulic pump 7 can be located in the vicinity of the upper plates 3A and 3B, and the suction pipe 10 and the control located on the upper plates 3A and 3B can be compared with a case where the hydraulic pump 7 is installed as a vertical type and is housed in a recess. The connection with the valve 12 can be made easily.

As described above, according to the present invention, the electric motor and the hydraulic pump are integrally connected to each other, and the hydraulic pump is provided as a vertical mold positioned above the electric motor, and the oil tank has an upper plate for closing the upper opening thereof. A recessed part that is further recessed is formed to be isolated from the inside of the oil tank, and a vertical type electric motor integrally connected to the hydraulic pump is installed in this recessed part, and the electric motor housed in the recessed part can be taken out horizontally. By opening the side of the recess to the outside, increasing the height of the oil tank specially installed on the electric motor and hydraulic pump will inevitably increase the overall height. Compared with the unit, the height of the entire hydraulic unit can be suppressed without reducing the capacity for storing the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, and it is small and easy to handle. Also, the electric motor housed in the recess can be taken out horizontally along with the hydraulic pump from the side of the recess that is open to the outside, so good maintenance and inspection is possible even when the installation location of the hydraulic unit is restricted upward. Can be done Furthermore, since the electric motor and the hydraulic pump are integrally connected and the hydraulic pump is provided as a vertical shape that is positioned above the electric motor and is housed in the recess of the oil tank, the hydraulic pump is positioned below the electric motor. Compared to the case where it is installed as a vertical type and is housed in the recess, the hydraulic pump can be located near the upper plate, and there are many devices on the upper plate that connect to the hydraulic pump. It has an effect that connection can be easily performed.
