Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate understanding by entering a code such as a figure or a bar code in each place of the predetermined page of a book and reading the same by a keyboard or a bar code reader and calling out memory data of described content or explanation to obtain the same as a sound. CONSTITUTION:A figure 2 and braille 3 meaning the figure 2 of keyboard input are together entered in a book at a predetermined position. If the figure 2 indicates the composition 14 or teaching material of the same content of the end of the paragraph of the book 1 when the figure 2 is inputted by the keyboard 9 of a data display device 8, the answer or explanation to the question of the place indicated by the figure 2 is called out of a memory such as a disk and the part concerned is set so as to be heard by a sound through an earphone 11. Or, a bar code is entered in the predetermined place of a document 4 and read by a bar code reader and the explanation or description of the photograph corresponding to this part is known as a sound. By replenishing the understanding of a book with a sound as mentioned above, the load to an old person or a visually handicapped person is reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, conventional books read and understand sentences written by eyes. However, understanding the description contents with the eyes in an aging society may be a pain because of the deterioration of the eyesight. Vibration also causes visual fatigue in the vehicle. Conventionally,
As a publicly known system, by inputting numbers, letters, codes such as barcodes, and presenting information, a system and letters that can display text characters and images on the display and hear English conversation by voice There is an information presentation system such as a dictionary that reads out and informs its meaning by a display or voice. Moreover, although the display like a barcode is written on books and documents, these were for sorting prices, product categories, and documents. However, there is no book or system that can read the code information written in each item or paragraph of each page written in the book and hear the corresponding description content or explanation of the part by voice. . In addition, there is a Braille book for the blind, but there was no information presentation system that could explain the contents of the book and teaching materials by voice by inputting the code and Braille together.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention first adds a number or a bar code to a paragraph or item in the middle of the text of a book as shown in FIG. When information is input to the information presenter with a keyboard or a barcode reader, memory information corresponding to the information is called and desired contents described therein are notified by voice. In this case, if the Braille information is also written along with the code information, the blind person can also hear the portion to be read by voice. When the system of the present invention is used as a teaching material, numbers or codes are printed or Braille is written at the place where each question or the like is described, and the question is asked by the same means as above. The answer can be provided by voice. Further, the information presenter of the information presenting system may be the same constituent means as a known one (Japanese Patent Application No. 3-323608). In other words, the system is configured so that it can be carried and it is possible to use it everywhere.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The configuration of the information presenting system of the present invention will be described below based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is an example in which a numeral (2) input by a keyboard and the same numeral as this numeral are written together in Braille (3) at a predetermined position of a book (1) which is a constituent element of the present system in one embodiment of the present invention. . If you enter the number in this section with the keyboard of the information presenter, you can use the text (14) with the same contents as this paragraph, or if it is a teaching material, the answer or explanation to the question in this section from a memory such as a disk that has been stored in advance. This is an example that can be heard by voice. FIG. 2 shows a bar code (5) as a code example and Braille (3) which can confirm this position with a finger at a predetermined position of a document (4) which is a constituent element of the present system in one embodiment of the present invention. It is a thing. By reading this bar code with the bar code reader (6), the commentary and article of the photograph (7) corresponding to this part can be known by voice. FIG. 3 is an information presenter (8) of the information presenters, which is composed of numeric keys. When the number information of a book or the like is entered through the keyboard (8), the corresponding information stored in the internal disk is searched. , The speaker (10) and the earphone (11) can be used to know the contents by voice. In addition, in order to increase the internal storage information capacity, a plurality of disks can be read. FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the present invention.
Print a bar code on the question on each page of the text (12) that is the teaching material, read it with the bar code reader (6),
This is an educational system for learning the answers and explanations of questions in this part by voice. In addition, this information presenter is a display (13)
It is also attached so that you can explain the structure of objects and geometrical figures. The above-described embodiments are preferred examples of the present invention and the configuration principle of the information presentation system, and are not limited to this, and configurations by any combination of selections and ranges that do not depart from the gist of the present invention Various modifications can be made in.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention is one in which a book or document is conventionally read only by the visual sense.
There is an effect that voice information is added to facilitate understanding of the description content and that the description can be understood quickly. In particular, when used in combination with Braille, there is a great effect that even blind people can understand books, various documents, and teaching materials. In addition, since a portable system such as a mini disk can be configured, there is an effect that the description content of a book or the like can be understood by prioritizing voice information even in a vibrating environment such as a car, train, or airplane. In addition, since you can hear it in the middle of the written sentence, for listening training of the text written in English,
There is an effect that only the necessary part of the page you want to hear can be heard and you can learn efficiently. In addition, the information presentation system integrated with this book has a great effect that the blind person can learn books, various documents and teaching materials by voice by additionally writing Braille at the position of the input number and barcode. In addition, with the advent of an aging society, visual and audio books that complement the understanding of books and teaching materials that depended only on visual acuity by voice are significantly effective in helping understanding for the elderly who have poor eyesight. have.
