2. Description of the Related Art A conventional mold for a sole of an athletic shoe, in particular, a sole for integrally joining a bottom of a grounding surface and a midsole is known.
A design is formed that matches the irregularities of the grounding surface of the grounding surface that fits at least the bottom surface of the front stepping portion side in the recess of the lower mold, and the foamed already cross-linked or existing After inserting the grounded sole piece of the accelerating solid body, insert the foamed midsole material on itself, cover the lower mold with the upper mold and heat and press for a certain time to mold the shoe sole. there were. However, since the athletic shoes have high fashionability and the life cycle is gradually shortened,
It was very uneconomical because the design of the new shoe sole, mainly the ground contact surface sole, was improved in a short period of time, and an expensive molding die had to be rebuilt each time. (In addition, when the grounding surface bottom piece is inserted without providing the grounding surface bottom type design on at least the bottom surface of the front stepping part side in the recess of the lower die, after heating the midsole material for a certain period of time after inserting the midsole material. If so, the uneven design on the grounding surface side of the inserted grounding surface bottom piece is deformed by pressure and heating, and there were defects such as not only the decrease in commercial value but also the non-slip function being impaired.)

EXAMPLES The following is a description of the shoe sole mold A of the present invention in accordance with a typical example shown in the drawings. First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mold A of the present invention has a shoe sole B.
An upper mold a having a downward convex portion 2 forming the upper surface side of
Similarly, a lower mold b having a concave portion 2 forming the lower surface side of the shoe sole B.
It is configured with In particular, the main part of the molding die A is a lower die b, and the lower die b has a through hole 3 of the grounding surface bottom shape in a portion corresponding to the grounding surface bottom 14 of the shoe sole B in the recess 2. A through hole 3 is formed in the through hole 3 to form a gas venting gap 4 between the through hole 3 of the lower die b and the peripheral wall of the through hole 3, and the ground contact surface bottom of the shoe sole B in the recess 2 of the lower die b. The base C forming the lower stepped portion 5 is fitted and installed on the upper surface corresponding to 14, and the lower surface 7 of the lower mold b and the lower surface 6 of the base C are connected in series as shown in FIGS. 2, 6 and 7. The connecting plate 8 is fitted into the guide groove 12 provided in the lower mold b, and the lower surface 7 of the lower mold b and the lower surface 6 of the base C are tightened and connected by the fasteners 9, 9. At this time, the connecting plate 8 is fitted into the guide groove 12 connecting the lower surface 7 of the lower mold b and the lower surface 6 of the base C, and the holes 13 and 1 provided in the connecting 8
The fasteners 9 and 9 are connected to each other inside the base 3 so that the base C and the lower mold b can be removed and exchanged freely. In addition, the shoe sole B has a ground surface bottom shape, and a recessed portion of the lower die b is a recessed portion into which the protrusions 10 and 10 of the grounded bottom surface 14 are fitted, or a fitting plate d into which the through holes 11 and 11 are fitted. Lower step 5 in 2
Insert and set inside. Known components such as aluminum alloy, steel, stainless steel, etc. are used for the above-mentioned constituent parts of the mold A for the shoe sole, that is, the upper mold a, the lower mold b, the base plate c and the fitting plate d. Any material with good conductivity may be used. Particularly, the fitting plate d is preferably made of stainless steel or soft graphite material. A method for molding a desired shoe sole B with a midsole using the shoe sole molding die A according to the present invention is as follows. Deliver or press-inject a solid material or foam of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin or a mixture of two or more of these with a molding die (not shown) for molding the grounding surface bottom 14 in advance, and press-inject it. 1
4, the ground contact surface bottom 14 is placed on the fitting plate d, and the protrusions 10, 1 of the ground contact surface bottom 14 are placed as shown in FIG.
0 is fitted and fixed in each through hole or recess 11, 11 of the fitting plate d, and the fitting plate d with the ground surface bottom 14 is fitted in the lower stepped portion 5 in the recess 2 of the lower mold b. Install. Next, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, a mid-sole material of already-foamed synthetic resin is put in the recess 2 of the lower mold b and on the ground contact surface bottom 14 at the front stepped portion in the recess 2 as well. Then, the lower mold b containing the midsole material is sealed with the upper mold a and the desired temperature 1
By heating and pressurizing at a pressure of about 5 Kg / cm for about 4 to 5 minutes at 50 ° C., the midsole 15 is bonded and molded on the ground surface bottom 14,
By removing the upper mold a from the lower mold b, a desired shoe sole B as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 can be provided.

The shoe bottom mold A according to the present invention is provided in the recess 2 of the lower mold b at a position corresponding to the ground contact surface bottom of the shoe bottom, and the base plate c is fitted in the through hole 3 to form a continuous structure. Since the plate 8 and the fasteners 9, 9 and the like are attached to the lower bottom b so as to be detachable and exchangeable, the shape of the grounding surface bottom of the shoes bottom, particularly the warp shape, can be replaced according to the change. Similarly, the upper surface of the base c and the lower mold b
The lower die b having a different bottom surface (design surface) can only be newly formed because the fitting plate d for fitting the protrusion of the bottom of the grounding surface that changes on the lower stepped portion 5 formed by the concave portion 2 can be replaced. Compared with the above, not only can it be handled at a much lower cost, but also the unevenness of the ground contact surface sole of the shoe sole will not be damaged. Further, when the upper mold a is heated and pressed while the lower mold b is sealed, the air and gas present between them and between the midsole material, the bottom of the grounding surface and the fitting plate d are transferred to the through hole 3 wall of the lower mold b. Since the desired shoe sole B can be accurately formed by discharging the gas from the degassing gap 4 between the outer circumferences of the base c, it is possible to provide a product that does not impair the commercial value.
