臨出しており、該ネジブロック（９）を所定方向に回転
させると該ネジブロック（９）は螺杆（７）に沿って前
進し、それに伴いアームレスト（４）は第３図点線に示
すように前方に突出し、アームレスト（４）の見掛長は
長くなる。またネジブロック（９）を逆方向に回転させ
れば、該ネジブロック（９）は該螺杆（７）に沿って後
退し、アームレスト（４）は第３図実線に示すように後
