Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to dispose a wire rod in a piping without fail by a method wherein a reel whereon the wire rod is wound is inserted into an end part of the piping and sucked by a sucking machine provided at another end part of the piping and the wire rod is unwound from the reel and disposed in the piping. CONSTITUTION:Branch pipes 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 and 3-4 are made to branch on the upstream side of a main pipe 1 and branch pipes 5-1, 5-2, 5-3 and 5-4 are made to branch on the downstream side thereof. In the case when a wire rod is to be disposed between the branch pipes 3-2 and 5-3, the other branch pipes 3-1, 3-3, 3-4, 5-1, 5-2 and 5-4 are provided with closure fittings 7. Next, a reel 9 whereon the wire rod 13 is wound is disposed in an opening of the branch pipe 3-2 and a gas such as air in a piping is sucked by driving a sucking machine 15 fitted to the branch pipe 5-3. Then the gas is sucked from the branch pipe 3-2, a pulling implement 11 is sucked therewith onto the sucking machine 15 side, the reel 9 is moved through the pipe while the wire rod 13 is unwound from the reel 9, and thereby the wire rod 13 is disposed in the piping. Accordingly, the wire rod can be disposed in the piping without fail even when the piping is long or bent.

By the way, as a method of arranging the wire in the pipe, there is a method of passing the existing pipe, which is described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-157290. In the method of connecting existing pipes,
A pulling tool having a flexible elongated body is provided at the tip of the wire, and a suction machine is installed at the other end of the pipe. While sucking the pulling tool with this suction machine, the wire is fed into the pipe while feeding it. Place wires.

However, in such a wiring method for existing pipes, the wire rod is fed into the pipe, and the wire rod itself moves in the pipe. Therefore, when the pipe is long or bent. In such a case, there is a problem that the frictional force generated between the wire and the pipe becomes large, the pulling tool cannot be sucked, and the wire cannot be placed in the pipe.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a pipe for carrying out a method of passing a wire through a pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 1 is a main pipe, and a branch pipe 3-1 is provided on the upstream side of the main pipe 1,
3-2, 3-3, 3-4 are branched, and branch pipes 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4 are branched downstream of the main pipe 1.
In the pipe branched in this way, for example, a branch pipe 3-
2 is arranged between the branch pipe 5-3 and the branch pipe 5-3 (when conducting a wire), the other branch pipes 3-1, 3-3, 3-4,
An obturator 7 is provided at 5-1 5-2 5-4.

Next, the reel 9 around which the wire 13 is wound is placed in the opening of the branch pipe 3-2. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the reel 9, in which one wire 13 is multiply wound.
The reel 9 is provided with a tractor 11 made of, for example, cloth. The tow tool 11 is provided to efficiently receive the suction force of the suction device.

Next, the suction device 15 attached to the branch pipe 5-3 is driven to suck gas such as air in the pipe. In this case, no gas can flow in or out of the branch pipes other than the branch pipe 3-2, so that the gas is sucked from the branch pipe 3-2 and the tractor 11 is sucked to the suction device 15 side accordingly. At this time, while the wire 13 is unwound from the reel 9, the reel 9 moves in the pipe and the wire 13 is arranged in the pipe.

By driving the suction device 15 in this way, the wire rod 1 is provided between the branch pipe 3-2 and the branch pipe 5-3.
3 can be arranged. In this case, since the reel 9 moves while unwinding the wire 13, the wire 13 itself does not move in the pipe, and it is not necessary to consider the frictional force between the wire 13 and the pipe. Therefore, the wire rod 13 can be reliably arranged even if the pipe is long or the pipe has many bends.

FIG. 3 shows another structure of the reel 9,
In this example, four blades 17 are provided in the reel 9. By providing the blade 17 in this manner,
Even if the suction force of the suction device 15 is strong, the reel 9 rotates in the direction in which the wire rod 13 is unwound from the reel 9, so that the wire rod 13 does not break, and the pipe length is long or the pipe is bent The wire 13 can be reliably arranged.
