Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric receiver with superior productivity and few nonuniformity in an acoustic characteristic by containing and fixing a piezoelectric diaphragm in a case through the use of an adhesive material and adhering an insulated plate to the case so as to make space between it and the piezoelectric diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectirc diaphragm 13 where a piezoelectric ceramic plate 11 where an electrode is formed on both sides of it is fixed to a metalic substrate 12 by the adhesive material is contained in the case 15 with sound holes 14 and the peripheral part of it is fixed to the stage part 16 on the inner wall of the case 15 by the adhesive material.
