2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a construction soundproofing material of the above-mentioned example, there is a constructional protecting material as shown in FIGS. That is, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 62 is formed on the back surface of the PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene resin) simple substance layer 61 for the purpose of preventing positional displacement with respect to the fastener during construction. On the back side, a release paper 63 made of a releasable paper or a releasable plastic film is attached, and the above three parts 61, 62, 6
3 is a sound-proofing material 65 having a hole 64 in which 3 is integrally punched (co-punched).

In this conventional sound-proofing material 65, a PTFE single layer 61 and an adhesive layer 62 shown in FIG.
Then, the adhesive layer 62 is adhered to, for example, the fastener portion of the building curtain wall, and is used as a sliding member for absorbing the interlayer displacement of the outer wall by the PTFE single layer 61.

However, since the soundproofing material 65 made of the PTFE single layer 61 has a low compressive strength of, for example, about 120 kgf / cm 2 , the PTFE single layer 61 is crushed at the time of interlayer displacement of a building, and the friction coefficient is increased. There is a problem that it becomes high and it becomes difficult to absorb the interlayer displacement of the outer wall.

Further, due to deterioration over time, the PTFE single layer 61 creeps (creep, a phenomenon in which plastic deformation of a material increases with the passage of time when a constant load or stress is applied for a long time), and the above-mentioned fastener portion is a counterpart member. On the other hand, there was a problem that abnormal noise (squeaking noise) was generated by metal contact.

Further, the conventional sound-proofing member 65 is shown in FIG.
As is clear from FIG. 7, since the PTFE single layer 61 is separated for each single item together with the release paper 63 on the back side, the peeling work of the PTFE single layer 61 from the release paper 63 is troublesome and small. Due to the shape, the PTFE single layer 61 is blown off by wind or the like at the time of construction at a construction site, and there is a large possibility that it will be lost, resulting in poor handling and workability.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a glass cloth base material impregnated with a fluororesin is used as the sound-preventing layer, so that it has a sufficient compressive strength (PTFE simple substance) as compared with the conventional PTFE simple substance layer. It is possible to ensure a compressive strength of about 10 times that of the layer. As a result, the interlayer displacement of the building can be absorbed well, and abnormal noise (squeaking noise) is generated.
There is an effect that can prevent the occurrence of. In addition, the above-mentioned plurality of soundproofing layers are adhered to a sheet of non-hole-shaped release paper having a non-separable structure via an adhesive layer. In other words, since a plurality of sound-proofing layers are attached to a relatively large release paper without being separated for each individual product punched together with the release paper 4, compared to the conventional product separated for each individual product. There is an effect that it is possible to improve handling and workability during construction.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. The drawings show an architectural soundproofing material. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the architectural soundproofing material is obtained by impregnating a glass cloth base material with fluororesin and coating it on one side (the lower surface of FIGS. 1 and 2). A soundproofing layer 2 having a surface modification treatment (etching treatment) and a round hole-shaped opening 1 formed at the center is provided, and a plurality of soundproofing layers 2 ... It is attached to a relatively large non-separated release paper 4 having a non-separable structure.

That is, first, the uncut state of the sound-preventing layer 2 is attached to the release paper 4 via the adhesive layer 3, and then the release paper 4 having a non-separated structure is used as a backing sheet and is die-cut. After the half-cutting, a cut 5 for separating the single item is formed only on the sound-proofing layer 2 and the adhesive layer 3 as shown in FIGS. This is a construction of the construction pronunciation prevention material 6 having.

In FIG. 4, 8 is a concrete structure 9
The primary fasteners 13 fixed to the anchor bolt 10 of this invention using washers 11 and nuts 12 are the secondary fasteners fixed to this primary fastener 8 using square washers 14 and 15, bolts 16 and nuts 17. With the fastener, the above-mentioned nut 17 and a predetermined portion of the bolt 16 are welded together for the purpose of preventing loosening, and a loosening weld portion 18 is formed. The washer seat 9 is provided between the primary fastener 8 and the square washer 14. The sheet material 7 is used by being interposed between the primary and secondary fasteners 8 and 13 with the adhesive layer 3 adhered to the primary fastener 8.

FIG. 5 shows the results of measuring the degree of change of the friction coefficient with respect to the number of times of sliding and the sliding distance. The characteristic a in FIG. 5 is the characteristic of the building pronunciation preventing material 6 of this embodiment, and the characteristic b is the characteristic b. The characteristics of the sound-preventing material 65 having the conventional structure shown in FIGS. 6 and 7,
Characteristic c shows the characteristic of the comparative product in which the surface of the fluororesin-impregnated glass cloth is smoothed by a roll, and characteristic d shows the characteristic of the comparative product made of the fluororesin sheet in which glass fibers are uniformly mixed. As is clear from the characteristic diagram of FIG. 5, the characteristic of the friction coefficient with respect to the number of times of sliding and the sliding distance is the best in this embodiment (see characteristic a).

As compared with (see FIG. 7), it is possible to secure a sufficient compressive strength (compressive strength about 10 times that of the PTFE single layer). As a result, it is possible to absorb the interlayer displacement of the building satisfactorily and prevent the generation of abnormal noise (squeaking noise).

Further, when the surface modification treatment (etching treatment) is applied to one surface of the above-mentioned pronunciation preventing layer 2 on the side where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed, only the pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as the release paper 4 as a mating material. The inconvenience of shifting to the side can be eliminated.

In addition, the above-mentioned plural soundproofing layers 2 are adhered to the release paper 4 having the non-separable structure via the adhesive layer 3, in other words, a relatively large release paper 4 having the non-separation structure is used. As a mount, a plurality of soundproofing layers 2 ... Are attached to the mount via the cuts 5 without being separated from the release paper 4 for each individual product. Compared with the above, there is an effect that the handling property and workability at the time of construction can be improved. That is, since a plurality of half-cut sheet materials 7 for each product are attached to the release paper 4 having the above-described non-separated structure, even if the shape of the sheet material 7 is small, the sheet material 7 can be easily peeled from the release paper 4. In addition to being able to reduce work mistakes such as forgetting to paste,
Quantity management becomes easy.
