2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a crease is extruded intermittently forward from a printing means by passing one page at a time under a position of a tip of a cutter, and a crease is linearly formed in each width direction. The continuous paper on the upper side of the continuous copy paper, which is temporarily fixed at every one side edge in the width direction for each page,
From the lower continuous paper other than that, one page at a time, the temporary fastening provided between them can be removed and separated, and then cut along the fold line using the cutter. In this case, the upper continuous paper of the copy continuous paper is sequentially extruded from the printing unit page by page, and the upper continuous paper is sequentially printed by one page from the lower continuous paper. There have been proposed various copying continuous sheet processing apparatuses configured to manually remove and temporarily separate the above-mentioned temporary fastening applied to the.

In the case of the copy continuous paper processing apparatus proposed hitherto, the continuous continuous paper on the upper side of the continuous copy paper, which is intermittently extruded forward one page at a time from the printing means, is sequentially printed. Page-by-page, along the folds made on it, prior to cutting with a cutter, the upper continuous paper is sequentially applied from the lower continuous paper one page at a time between them. Since it is configured to manually remove the temporary tacking and separate it, it is troublesome and the continuous copying paper is accumulated between the printing means and the cutter during the separation. Care must be taken not to prevent the continuous copy paper from being pushed out of the printing means so that paper jams do not occur, and also because the separation described above is manual.
The separation requires a time longer than the time required for one page of the copy continuous paper to be intermittently pushed forward from the printing unit, so that the upper continuous paper can be reliably separated by one page by the cutter. It can not be separated by using.

For this reason, in the case of the conventional continuous copying paper processing apparatus, the continuous continuous paper on the upper side of the continuous copying paper, which is intermittently extruded forward by the printing means by one page at a time, is surely sequentially transferred by one page. It has a drawback that it cannot be easily separated.

Then, in this case, the sheet separating plate is viewed between the cutter and the tip of the leading end of the sheet separating plate and the tip of the cutter, and is equivalent to one page of the continuous copying paper. Although it is less than the length, it maintains a wide interval of 16 mm or more. Therefore, (a) the continuous paper below the copy continuous paper is applied to the continuous paper below the continuous paper due to the contact resistance between the continuous paper and the leading end of the paper separating plate. Since it is bent in a V shape along the fold line, and the end of the bend pushes the sheet separating plate, the continuous copying paper is intermittently pushed forward from the printing means. Even if an attempt is made to prevent the copy continuous paper from being accumulated between the printing means and the cutter as a result of so-called paper jam, (b) at this time, the copy continuous paper is separated from the cutter and the sheet separating plate body. In the meantime, a loop or slack which extends downward in response to the continuous copy paper being extruded forward from the printing means is generated. Then, due to the weight of the loop or slack, the folds described above are formed. The edge of the bend along it is pushing the paper separation plate. State melts, down sag downward to a state where the lower side of the continuous paper is not curved fold along the fold, since the loop or slack mentioned above is eliminated, (c)
There is almost no risk that so-called paper jam will occur because the continuous copying paper is accumulated between the printing means and the cutter.
By the way, if the sheet separating plate is kept between the cutter and the tip end of the sheet separating plate and the tip of the cutter only at a narrow interval of less than 16 mm, Due to the narrow interval, (a) when the continuous copying paper is stored between the printing means and the cutter as described above and a so-called paper jam occurs, (b) the continuous copying paper is cut by the cutter. There is little or no downwardly extending loop or slack between the sheet and the sheet separating plate, and even if such a loop or slack does occur, continuous copying paper is intermittently pushed forward from the printing means. Accordingly, since it does not extend downwardly for a long time, there is a high possibility that (c) the continuous copying paper is accumulated between the printing means and the cutter, and so-called paper jam occurs. In addition, the paper separating plate is

Therefore, the continuous paper on the upper side of the continuous copying paper, which is intermittently extruded forward one page at a time from the printing means, automatically and sequentially by one page from the continuous paper on the lower side.
The temporary fixing provided between them is removed, and the continuous copying paper is reliably separated without accumulating between the printing means and the cutter and causing so-called paper jam.

Further, as described above, the continuous paper on the upper side of the continuous copying paper, which is intermittently extruded forward one page at a time from the printing means, is automatically transferred one page at a time from the lower continuous paper. In this case, the temporary fastening applied between them is removed to ensure the separation, so that the upper continuous paper separated in this way is sequentially separated by one page along the creases formed on it. Then, the cutter can be used for reliable separation.

From the above, according to the continuous copying paper processing apparatus according to the first invention of the present application, the copying means 1 sequentially from the printing means.

Further, according to the copying continuous paper processing apparatus of the second invention of the present application, copying is performed at least in the upper portion including the leading end portion of the sheet separating plate, although the effective printing width of the copying continuous sheet is larger than the effective printing width. Similar to the continuous copying paper processing apparatus according to the first invention of the present application, except that it has a width that is narrower than the width of the continuous paper by at least the width of the side edge portion where the temporary fixing is applied. Although the detailed description is omitted because it has a configuration, the same advantageous effects as in the case of the continuous copying paper processing apparatus according to the first invention of the present application can be obtained, and the continuous copying paper is placed above the sheet separating plate. Since the contact width of the contact is only as narrow as the effective print width of the continuous copy paper, the contact resistance between the continuous copy paper and the plate separation plate is the above-mentioned upper part of the plate separation plate. Is a continuous copy paper It is lower than when it has a width wider than at least the width of the side edge part where the temporary fastening is applied, so the upper continuous paper of the copy continuous paper is One page at a time, the temporary fastening applied between them is removed and separated, so that the above-mentioned upper part of the sheet separating plate is at least temporarily provided more than the width of the continuous copying paper. The width is smoother than when the width is wider than the width of the side edge portion.

When is rotated, the continuous copy paper 20 is sequentially printed from the printing unit 60 by one page.
The cutter 50 is pushed forward under the position of the tip 50a of the cutter 50, and at that time, if the printing unit 60 is operated, the continuous copying paper 20 is printed line by line, one page at a time. (B) The paper driving unit 70 is driven to intermittently rotate the sprocket wheel 71 so that the continuous copying paper 20 is intermittently forwarded from the printing unit 60 forward by one page. Prior to extrusion into
The continuous copy paper 20 is circulated from the paper storage unit 30 to the paper guide unit 80-paper drive unit 70-printing unit 60, and next,
From the printing unit 60, passing under the tip 50a of the cutter 50, for one to several pages as viewed from the tip 50a of the cutter 50,

In this case, the sheet separating plate 90
However, the leading end portion 92 of the sheet separating plate 90 is
Seen between the leading edge 92a and the tip 50a of the cutter 50, the gap G is kept as wide as 16 mm or more, though it is less than the length L of one page of the continuous copying paper 20. Therefore, (a) the continuous paper 20D on the lower side of the copy continuous paper 20
Has a contact resistance with the front end portion 92 of the sheet separating plate 90, so that the continuous sheet 20D on the lower side thereof has a contact resistance.
Since it is bent in a V shape along the fold line 23 formed on the sheet, and the bent end pushes the sheet separating plate 90, the continuous copying paper 20 is intermittently fed from the printing section 60. Is prevented from being pushed forward, and as a result,
Even if the continuous copy paper 20 is accumulated between the printing unit 60 and the cutter 50 and a so-called paper jam occurs, (b) At this time, the continuous copy paper 20 is separated between the cutter 50 and the sheet separating plate 90. In the interval, the continuous copy paper 20 is printed on the printing unit 6
A loop or slack that extends downwardly in response to being intermittently pushed forward from 0 is generated, and then the weight of the loop causes the end of the fold along the fold line 24 described above to separate the sheet. Since the state in which the plate body 90 is pressed is released, the lower continuous paper 20D hangs downward without folding along the fold lines 24, and the loop or slack mentioned above is eliminated. There is almost no risk that paper will be stored between the printing unit 60 and the cutter 50 and a so-called paper jam will occur. By the way, the paper separation plate 9
If 0 is viewed from the tip end 92a of the tip end portion 92 of the sheet separating plate 90 and the tip end portion 50a of the cutter 50 with respect to the cutter 50, only a narrow interval of less than 16 mm is maintained. Due to the narrow spacing, (a) when the continuous copying paper 20 is stored between the printing unit 60 and the cutter 50 as described above and a so-called paper jam is about to occur,
(B) In the continuous copying paper 20, almost no downwardly extending loop or slack is formed between the cutter 50 and the sheet separating plate 90. Since it does not extend long downwards as it is intermittently pushed forward from the printing unit 60,
(C) There is a high possibility that the continuous copy paper 20 will be accumulated between the printing unit 60 and the cutter 50 to cause so-called paper jam. Further, the sheet separating plate 90 is attached to the back of the plate portion 91.
The temporary fixing 24 of the continuous copy paper 20 is
The left side in the width direction corresponding to the side edge 20R provided
On the edge side, it becomes longer toward the rear as it goes down
Since it has ribs 95 protruding in the
The lower stations distributed to the back side by the plate 90.
The continuous paper 20D is moved by the ribs 95 of the paper separating plate 90.
The side edge 20R where the temporary fastening 24 is applied is
However, the copy continuous paper 20
The upper continuous paper 20U is lower than the lower continuous paper 20D.
One page at a time, the temporary fastenings 24 between them are removed.
The rib 95 is separated by the rib 95.
It is more subsidized than not having it, and therefore
The continuous paper 20U on the upper side of the continuous paper 20 is the continuous paper on the lower side.
From 20D, one page at a time, temporary stays between them
The rib 24 is removed so that the female 24 is detached and separated.
It will be carried out more smoothly than if not. This means that
The back surface of the plate portion 91 of the separating plate body 90 is formed by the rib 91a.
And is projected rearward on the rib 91a.

According to the continuous copying paper processing apparatus of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the continuous paper 20 is effectively printed on the upper portion 94 of the paper separating plate 90 including at least the tip portion 92 thereof. Since the width W Q is equal to or more than the width W E but is narrower than the width W o of the copy continuous paper 20 by at least the width W R of the side edge portion 20R provided with the temporary fastening 24, The continuous copying paper 20 is the plate separating plate 9.
Since the contact width for contacting the upper portion 94 of 0 is as narrow as the width W Q which is at least the width W R of the side edge portion 20R smaller than the width W o of the continuous copy paper 20, the continuous copy is performed. The contact resistance between the sheet 20 and the sheet separating plate 90 is such that the upper portion 94 of the sheet separating plate 90 is the copy continuous sheet 20.
Is smaller than the width W o of the copy continuous paper 20 at least by the width W R of the side edge portion 20R, the upper continuous paper 20U of the copy continuous paper 20 is the lower continuous paper. The temporary fixing 24 provided between the sheets of paper 20D is removed one by one, and the sheets are separated from each other by the upper portion 94 of the sheet separating plate 90 rather than the width W o of the continuous copying paper 20. It is smoother than when it has a width wider than at least the width W R of the side edge portion 20R.
