Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】整流子に押圧状に摺接する刷子(7)が収
容される刷子収容域(S)の四周を前後左右の側壁によ
つて囲繞形成し、かつ前記側壁のうちの一つである前側
壁(6b)に刷子から延びるピグテール(11)の挿通ガイ
ド(12)が形成され刷子ホルダ(6)を、複数の合せ割
り型を組合せ、これら組合わされた合せ割り型間に形成
される空間に樹脂材を充填して一体成形するための電動
モータにおける刷子ホルダ成形用の合せ割型の構造であ
つて、前記合せ割型のうち、刷子収容域(S)を形成す
る部位のものは、前記前側壁(6c)の外側面(6i)を形
成するための外側面形成部(15c)が形成された前側合
せ割り型(15)と、これとは反対の後側壁(6c)の外側
面(6j)を形成するための外側面形成部(16b)が形成
された後側合せ割り型(16)とし、前記前側合せ割り型
(15)には、上記挿通ガイド(12)の互いに対向する左
右ガイド端面(12a)を形成するための左右両側面(15
d)、そして後側壁(6c)の内側面(6f)を形成するた
めの先端面(15e)を有すべく外側面形成部(15c)から
挿通ガイド(12)および刷子収納域(S)を通るように
突出する突出型片部(15b)を形成し、また後側合せ割

出部(15a,16a)を形成して、各突出型片部(15b,16b)
における先端コーナー縁が他側の突出型片部(16b,15
b)の側面に接当する位置を、刷子収容域(S)の外側
に退避させたことを特徴とする電動モータの刷子ホルダ
