固定のブラケット31により左右方向にスライド自在に
支持され、コイルバネ30により機体外方側に付勢され
る状態で設けてあり、又、操作部材28の牽制部材29
に対する接当作用面には摩擦係数の大きなゴム材Gを付
設し、牽制部材29をコイルバネ30の付勢力に抗して
機体前方側、即ち、上昇牽制位置に操作した状態で、運
転座席25が上昇すると、運転座席25の上昇持ち上げ
付勢力とゴム材Gの摩擦力とによって、牽制部材29が
上昇牽制位置に位置保持されるよう、コイルバネ30の
