By the way, in order to expect a good getter action, it is preferable to provide the getter in the vicinity of the temperature rising portion in the valve. In this regard, the manufacturing method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-29276 or Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-12150 is disclosed. Is known from the incandescent lamp shown in FIG.

That is, the former is a step of depositing a metal getter material powder on at least one filament proximity portion of an introduction wire and an anchor for supporting the filament by an electrophoretic method, and then connecting the filament to the introduction wire and the anchor. The method for producing an incandescent light bulb is characterized by including the step of, and, of course, the incandescent light bulb produced by such a method has a getter in the vicinity of the filament which is the temperature raising portion.

In addition, the getter lead-in wire and the adhesion to the anchor are performed by using an electrophoresis method or a silicone varnish, so that they are not easily peeled off or decomposed, that is, the strength of the adhesion is strengthened. It is possible to prevent the above decomposition and the like even in a non-base type incandescent light bulb to which a high temperature is applied at the time of hermetically sealing.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention As described above, the incandescent light bulb that makes the getter perform a good getter action and the incandescent light bulb in consideration of the vibration resistance characteristic are known, but both are independent and are good. Both the getter action and the vibration resistance are not taken into consideration, and therefore, the following inconvenience still exists, and its improvement is desired.

That is, the two proposals described above are uncertain in terms of resistance to various vibration forms such as filament disconnection or shape change when considering use for automobiles,
In addition, even considering the disclosure content of the proposal described later, it is necessary to prepare the reinforcing member, which causes a problem that the cost of the incandescent lamp increases.

Means for Solving the Problems An incandescent light bulb according to the present invention forms a corrugated portion in the filament proximity portion of at least one of an anchor or a lead wire that supports a filament connected between lead wires in a glass bulb. In addition, the getter is applied to an appropriate region including at least a part of the corrugated portion.

Effect Since the incandescent lamp according to the present invention is provided with the getter in the vicinity of the filament and in the curved corrugated portion that is not the straight portion formed in the anchor or the introduction line, the getter is more firmly attached to the anchor or the introduction line. Further, since the corrugated portion is formed on the anchor or the lead-in wire, the vibration absorbing action can be obtained by the corrugated portion.

As is clear from FIG. 1, this first embodiment is an anchor 6 for supporting the filament 3 connected to the introduction lines 4 and 5.
The corrugated portion 11 is formed in the portion close to the filament 3, and the getter 12 is applied to the corrugated portion 11.

Therefore, the getter action by the getter 12 is extremely good because the getter 12 is applied to the corrugated portion 11 located in the vicinity of the filament 3, and the adherence strength of the getter 12 is also excellent. Since the shape part 11 is not a straight part, it becomes stronger and the getter 12 does not easily come off.

That is, according to the measurement experiment of the displacement characteristic of the filament with respect to the vibration application of various frequencies by the inventors of the present application,
It was confirmed that the displacement characteristics of the first embodiment had a displacement width reduced in all measured frequency ranges as compared with that of an incandescent light bulb of a normal shape having no corrugated portion.

In the illustrated example, the application area of the getter 12 is the entire area of the corrugated portion 11. However, for example, the application area may be a portion of the corrugated portion 11 or a region other than the corrugated portion 11, that is, the getter 12 is formed. Needless to say, the application area may be any suitable area including at least a part of the corrugated portion 11.
