Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent oil leakage from occurring at a midway part of of a thin plate member by a method wherein the thin plate material is provided with an oil guiding projection or an oil guiding recess directing in an upward or downward direction and an inclined projection or an inclined recess extending from a proper location to a slant upper direction, and some aeration holes are arranged within areas to be segmented. CONSTITUTION:Upper surfaces of flat planes 9a, 9b of a thin plate 9 at a ventilation filter 6 are provided with substantial equal-spaced apart oil guiding projections 10 in a rightward or a leftward direction directed upwardly or downwardly. Inclined projections 11 are arranged to extend from several location between the lower end of the projection and at intermediate location toward slant upward directions in both sides. A plurality of aeration holes are arranged within each of the regions defiend by them. Then, in the case that air containing hot water vapor, oily smoke and combustion gas or the like generated during cooking operation at a gas cooking device, for example passes through the aeration holes, oily content in the air adheres to a rear surface of the thin plate member 9. Then, oil flowing down along the rear surface of the thin plate member 0 reaches the inclined projection 11, resulting in that the oil flows slantly along the projection 10, passes through the lower end oil passage hole and is guided to an oil recoverying container.

[Function] When the air passes through the ventilation hole formed in the thin plate material, the oil contained in the air is trapped and adheres to the thin plate material when passing through the ventilation hole, and the oil is even thinner. The oil flows along the plate material, is guided by a convex or concave line for oil guide, and is collected in the oil recovery container. Therefore, since the flow path for oil recovery is formed, oil does not stay in the thin plate material, and it is possible to prevent oil dripping from the middle of the filter.

Since the edge (12c) of the outlet (13) is arcuate when viewed from the lower rear, the oil blown up to the edge (12c) is divided into two parts from the center of the edge (12c). Run down along the edge (12c). At this time, the flow-down distance is short and the air is slightly accelerated by the passing air, so that the oil flows down quickly.

Immediately below the center of (3), the center of the spherical ridge (12a) of the next cut-and-raised part (12) is located.
The oil that has flowed down from the outlet (13) of 2) along the back surface of the thin plate material (9), as shown by the arrow in FIG.
It is distributed to the left and right at the center of the upper end of the raised portion (12a) of 2) and flows down along both sides of the raised portion (12a).

Therefore, little oil runs over the upper surface of the raised portion (12a), and even if it rides up, the raised portion (1
Since 2a) has a spherical shape, it is distributed to the left and right in the middle, and eventually flows down to both sides of the ridge (12a), reaches the cut end at the lower end of the ridge (12a), and from there in the passing air. Almost no oil is scattered around.
