Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a garbage treating apparatus in which load rises of public sewer and natural environment are suppressed by pulverizing, deydrating, incinerating garbages to reduce waste generating amount, and further biologically treating supernatant generated by the dehydration. CONSTITUTION:The garbage treating apparatus comprises a weight measuring unit 1 for measuring a weight of garbages, a pulverizer 2 for pulverizing the garbages to a slurry state, a potable water pouring unit 8 for pouring potable water in the pulverizer 2, a dehydrator 3 for dehydrating the slurrylike garbages to separate it into supernatant and solid content, an incinerating unit 4 for incinerating the solid content, a biological treating unit 5 for treating the supernatant, and a treated water returning unit 7 for returning part of treated water from the unit 5 to the pulverizer 2. The solid content obtained by separating after the garbages are pulverized can be volume-reduced due to incinerating, and its incinerating cost can be reduced. Since the supernatant is biologically treated and then discharged to a sewage, a river, an increase in load to the public sewer and the natural environment is eliminated, and since part of the biologically treated water is used for adding water at the time of pulverizing the garbages, a potable water using amount is reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, as the consumption level rises, the amount of wastes discharged from cities, including garbage, has increased remarkably. After the garbage is collected, it is landfilled or incinerated, but due to the rapid increase in the amount of waste discharged,
Its disposal is becoming difficult. In addition, due to various problems such as soaring land prices in recent years and adverse effects on the living environment of local residents, it is difficult to construct a new garbage incineration site or final disposal site. Also, kitchen waste has a water content of 75.
It is a very high factor of ~ 85%, which is one of the factors that hinder the improvement of energy efficiency when incinerating, and efficient treatment of kitchen waste is an important issue in solving the waste treatment problem. .

Regarding the method of treating garbage, as mentioned above, there are methods such as landfilling and incineration, as well as a method of separately collecting and composting, a method of crushing with a disposer and treating with sewage. However, in order to separate and compost kitchen waste for composting, it is difficult to realize this treatment method on a large scale, although it is important that there is little quality change throughout the year and the cooperation of the residents is important. In addition, the method of crushing with a disposer and treating with sewage has become passive in Japan due to problems such as increased load on public sewers.

According to the above-mentioned structure, the weight of the kitchen waste is measured by the weight measuring device and then crushed by the crushing device to form a slurry. At this time, the signal from the weight measuring device is transmitted to the control device, which drives the treated water returning device and the clean water injection device to inject water into the crushing device. As a result, the garbage is crushed. Then, it is separated into a solid content and a desorbed liquid by a dehydrator. The solid content is incinerated by an incinerator, and the desorbed liquid is discharged to sewers and rivers after biological treatment. In addition, a part of the biologically treated water is returned to the crushing device as described above, and is used for facilitating the crushing process of the garbage.

Next, the operation of the garbage treatment device of this embodiment will be described. First, the garbage is introduced into the weight measuring device 1 and its weight is measured. Then, it is introduced into the crushing device 2 and is hydrolyzed to make the crushed state uniform. A part of the treated water from the biological treatment apparatus 5 described later is used for this water addition, and a small amount of tap water is also used. Water injection into the crushing device 2 is performed by driving the treated water returning device 7 and the clean water injection device 8 by a signal from the weight measuring device 1. The amount of treated water to be injected, that is, the optimum water addition rate, is approximately 1: 1 by weight, although it varies depending on the weight of the garbage, the season when the garbage is discharged, the characteristics of the crusher, and the like. By injecting the treated water at the time of crushing the garbage, it is possible to reduce the adhesion of the garbage to the inside of the crushing device 2. The amount of clean water injected is increased or decreased in the same manner as the amount of treated water, but the purpose of the clean water is to clean the inside of the pulverizer 2, and the weight ratio is about 1: 1.

Next, the kitchen waste liquid that has been crushed into a slurry is introduced into the dehydrator 3. The dehydrator 3 separates water and solids contained in the kitchen waste liquid. Next, the separated solid content is incinerated in the incinerator 4.

On the other hand, the water separated by the dehydrator 3, that is, the desorbed liquid, is introduced into the biological treatment device 5 because it contains a large amount of organic substances eluted from the solid content of garbage, and the organic substances are removed by a biological reaction. . Here, the treatment method used in the biological treatment apparatus 5 may be an aerobic treatment, an anaerobic treatment, or the like, but it is sufficient if the organic matter in the desorbed liquid can be removed by a biological reaction, and thus any treatment method can be used. Good.

Next, the desorbed liquid treated by the biological treatment device 5 is discharged as treated water to a sewer or a river, but a part of it is used as water for pouring water in the crushing device 2, so that the treated water is treated. It is returned to the crushing device 2 by the returning device 7.

As described above, according to this embodiment, since the garbage is crushed, dehydrated and incinerated, the amount of waste generated is reduced to about 1/20 of the conventional amount, and the desorbed liquid generated by dehydration is further reduced. By biologically treating the water, it is possible to suppress an increase in load on public sewage and the natural environment. In addition, since the treated water is used when smashing the garbage, the amount of clean water used is half that of the conventional one.
It can be reduced to a certain degree. Furthermore, since the inside of the crushing device 2 is washed with clean water after crushing the garbage, it is possible to suppress the generation of odors and harmful insects.

As described above, according to the present invention,
Since the bulky garbage that contains a large amount of water is crushed, solid-liquid separation is performed, and the solid content is incinerated.
The volume can be reduced to about / 20 and the energy cost required for incineration can be kept low. In addition, since the desorbed liquid containing a large amount of organic substances generated by crushing kitchen waste is discharged to sewers and rivers after biological treatment, there is no increase in the burden on public sewage and the natural environment. In addition, it is used when smashing garbage. Since biologically treated water is used as water for watering, the amount of clean water used is reduced.
