【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 基台部と、磁心を挿入する嵌挿孔を貫設
した筒型巻枠部と、上鍔部と、を有するドラム型コイル
ボビンに1次巻線と2次巻線を捲回するとともに磁心を
前記嵌挿孔に嵌挿した構造のカレントトランスにおい
て、前記コイルボビンの基台部上面に挿入して敷設され
るように平面形状をU字形にした合成樹脂製の絶縁性薄
板の表面に巻枠部の外周を囲繞するようにU字形薄板の
内縁に沿って側面縁部に至るU字状の導体を形成してこ
れを1次巻線とし、且つ前記U字形薄板の上に略同形状
の絶縁シートを前記導体の端部が一部露出するように接
着固定し、さらに基台部側面部に前記導体の端部に導電
接続しつつ基台部とU字形薄板を併せ挟持するようにク
リップ型リード端子を取り付けたことを特徴とするカレ
ントトランス。
1. A primary winding and a secondary winding are wound on a drum type coil bobbin having a base portion, a tubular winding frame portion having a fitting insertion hole for inserting a magnetic core therethrough, and an upper collar portion. In a current transformer having a structure in which a magnetic core is inserted into the insertion hole while being rotated, a synthetic resin insulating thin plate having a U-shaped plane is inserted so as to be laid on the upper surface of the base of the coil bobbin. A U-shaped conductor is formed on the surface so as to surround the outer circumference of the winding frame part along the inner edge of the U-shaped thin plate and reaches the side edge part, and this is used as a primary winding, and on the U-shaped thin plate. An insulating sheet of substantially the same shape is bonded and fixed so that the end portions of the conductor are partially exposed, and the base portion and the U-shaped thin plate are sandwiched together while conductively connecting to the end portion of the conductor on the side surface portion of the base portion. The current transformer, which is equipped with a clip-type lead terminal as described above.
