Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a low-priced strobe light emitting part easy in assembly, high in production efficiency and excellent in recycling property. CONSTITUTION:Holes 24a and 25a constituted of plural tongue pieces are formed at the tip parts of a pair of electric armatures 24 and 25 having elasticity. At the time of assembling, the electric armature 24 is turned at a bent part 24b and retreated from the insertion path of a discharge tube 12 in advance. The discharge tube 12 is allowed to pass through the through holes 18a and 18b of a reflector 13 so as to insert an electrode 22 in the hole 25a of the electric armature 25. The respective tongue pieces in the hole 24a are bent by the tip part of the electrode 22, and the electrode 22 is fitted in the hole 25a. By pressing the electric armature 24 to an electrode 21 side after it is turned so that the hole 24a may be faced to the electrode 21, the electrode 21 is fitted in the hole 24a. Since a loop state bent part is formed at one part of the electric armature, impact force from the outside is softened and the damage of the discharge tube is prevented. The elongation and the contraction of the electric armature caused by the heat of the discharge tube is also absorbed by the bent part and the discharge tube and the supporting member are prevented from being adversely influenced.

However, the soldering work involves the steps of melting the solder, raising the temperature of the parts to be soldered, and waiting until the solder hardens.
It takes time and production efficiency is poor. In addition, equipment for soldering work is required, and manufacturing cost increases due to an increase in consumables called solder. In addition, when recycling the stroboscopic light emission part, this light emission test is performed and the discharge tube whose light emission performance has deteriorated is replaced. In order to replace the discharge tube, first, the solder is melted and the lead wire is removed from the electrode of the discharge tube. However, since the melted solder is discharged as dust in this step, the amount of waste increases.
Along with this, factory cleaning management is required. Also,
In the case where the electrode of the discharge tube is directly fixed to the conductive portion of the printed board as described above, the discharge tube may be damaged when a strong impact is applied from the outside.

The electric contact piece for applying a predetermined voltage to the electrode of the discharge tube is formed with an opening composed of a plurality of tongue pieces. When the electrode of the discharge tube is inserted into this opening, the tip of the electrode causes each tongue to bend, and the tip of each tongue is brought into close contact with the peripheral surface of the electrode. Thus, once the electrode is inserted into the opening, the elasticity of each tongue prevents the electrode from accidentally coming off the opening. When replacing the discharge tube, pull the discharge tube away from the electrical contact,
The electrode of the discharge tube can be easily pulled out from the opening of the electric contact piece. Then, the electrode of the new discharge tube is inserted into the opening of the electric contact piece, and the replacement of the discharge tube is completed. Also, since a loop-shaped bent portion is provided in a part of the electric contact piece,
The impact force from the outside is mitigated and damage to the discharge tube is prevented. Further, by rotating the electric contact piece from the bent portion, the electric contact piece can be retracted from the insertion path of the discharge tube, and the strobe light emitting portion can be assembled more easily.

For assembling, the electric contact piece 24 is rotated in the clockwise direction in FIG. 1 by extending the bent portion 24b in advance, and the tip of the electric contact piece 24 is retracted from the insertion path of the discharge tube 12. Next, the reflector 13 is dropped into the central portion of the support frame 14 so as to contact the back portion 35 of the support frame 14. After that, the discharge tube 12 is inserted into the through holes 18a and 18b of the reflector 13, and the insertion operation is stopped when the corner portion of the tube portion of the discharge tube 12 contacts the inner wall surface of the pressing member 31. At this time,
The tip of the electrode 22 of the discharge tube 12 is inserted into the hole 25a of the electrical contact piece 25 while bending the tongue pieces 26 to 29. At this time, the electric contact piece 25 is previously regulated by a jig so as not to move in the insertion direction of the discharge tube 12, so that the inconvenience such as bending due to the insertion operation of the electrode 22 does not occur.

When the assembly of the stroboscopic light emitting portion 10 is completed in this way, the front and rear directions of the discharge tube 12 are positioned by being restricted by the pressing members 31, 32 and the inner wall surface of the reflector 13.
The positioning members 33 and 34 position the discharge tube 12 in the vertical direction. Further, the pressing member 32 restricts the movement of the discharge tube 12 to the right, and the electrode 2
1, 22 are fitted into the holes 24a, 25a of the electric contact pieces 24, 25, and the discharge tube 12 is positioned in the left-right direction.
As a result, the discharge tube 12 is always set at a fixed position with respect to the reflector 13.

When recycling the stroboscopic light emitting part,
Perform a light-emission test on the flash unit and replace the discharge tube that has deteriorated light-emission performance. When replacing this discharge tube,
The discharge tube can be easily removed by reversing the assembly procedure described above. When replacing this discharge tube,
The elasticity of the tongue is not deteriorated after a few replacements, and there is no inconvenience that the electrode and the electrical contact piece cause a contact failure.

Further, since the assembling process and the recycling process of the stroboscopic light emitting unit of the present invention are extremely simple processes,
It is extremely easy to automate these steps by an industrial robot or the like. Although the shape of the hole of the electric contact piece is a star shape, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the shape of the hole is made rectangular and a plurality of notches are provided in the radial direction at the edge of the hole. May be. Further, although the loop shape of the bent portion is U-shaped, the present invention is not limited to this and may be S-shaped, for example.

As described above in detail, according to the stroboscopic light-emitting portion of the present invention, the electrical contact piece is formed with the opening formed of a plurality of tongue pieces, and the electrode of the discharge tube is inserted therein. By doing so, the assembling and dismounting of the discharge tube becomes extremely easy, and these can be performed in a short time. Also, since soldering work is unnecessary in the assembly process,
There is no need for soldering equipment that involves the risk of fire or burns, consumable solder, or soldering iron maintenance, and you can safely and cleanly assemble the strobe light-emitting part and replace the discharge tube during recycling. Manufacturing costs can also be reduced. Further, since there is no generation of flux, the flux does not adhere to the light emitting part and is not contaminated, and the equipment for absorbing the flux becomes unnecessary. In addition, since no solder residue is generated during recycling, the solder residue is prevented from becoming dust and contaminating the working environment.

Further, since the electric contact piece is provided with the loop-shaped bent portion, it is possible to alleviate the impact force from the outside and prevent the discharge tube from being damaged. By rotating the electric contact piece from the bent portion, the electric contact piece can be easily retracted from the insertion path of the discharge tube, and the stroboscopic light emitting portion can be assembled more efficiently.
