Hot asphalt, latex cement, etc. are used to attach heat insulating / soundproofing material to the concrete surface of a building or the surface with an existing waterproof layer. When a polystyrene foam, a polyethylene foam, a urethane foam, or the like is attached, there is a temperature and heat resistance of the foam, and it is extremely difficult in terms of technology. Also, latex cement is low in the rate of compounding or curing and the initial viscosity is low, and it is difficult for the cement to be technically adhering. Therefore, solvent-based adhesives, emulsion-based adhesives, etc. have been proposed, but solvent-based adhesives cannot be used for polystyrene and the like because they erode the foam. The emulsion-based adhesive also contains a small amount of solvent, and a large amount of the adhesive is required for a surface having a large amount of unevenness, which is expensive.

Further, the foam is apt to be affected by cold and warm, and in particular in hot air, a bulge occurs between the heat insulating plates due to expansion, so that the adhesion is not always good.

As a result of various studies in view of the above, the inventors of the present application have found that it is effective to use a foaming adhesive as an adhesive method that absorbs irregularities in the base and has sufficient adhesiveness and has flexibility. This has led to the completion of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, when the flat-plate foam heat insulating plate 1 is bonded to the base 3, the foaming urethane adhesive 2 is used because the base is often uneven.
Are distributed as shown in FIG. 2 and the heat insulating material 1 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the foamable adhesive 2 is easily deformed according to the surrounding condition and is fixed while filling between the heat insulating material 1 and the base 3.

The distribution of the adhesive 2 in FIG. 2 may be appropriately determined depending on the type and size of the heat insulating plate. Since the foaming adhesive 2 is very small in weight and contains bubbles well, it easily deforms and expands in response to unevenness, so that the adhesive spreads sufficiently.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, when the flat heat insulating plate 1 is adhered to the base 3, when the base has a large and large amount of unevenness, FIG.
Spacers 4 are arranged as shown in FIG. 4, the foamable urethane adhesive 2 is distributed, and the heat insulating material 1 of FIG. The shape and size of the spacer may be prepared in several types and used appropriately.

The foaming adhesive used in the present invention has good adhesion to a heat insulating material and a base, and has sufficient compression resistance after the final bundling of foam, and examples thereof include urethane foam adhesive and foaming chloroprene rubber adhesive. , Foamed epoxy adhesive, etc. A foamed leutan adhesive is preferable from the viewpoint of walking feeling and compression strength after the final bubbling. Walking sensation means that subsidence cannot be sensed when walking on a heat insulating plate.

The heat insulation / soundproof foam used in the present invention is easy to process,
It is preferably one that contains innumerable fine closed cells, thereby exhibiting heat insulating and soundproofing ability,
For example, it is a commonly used foam such as expanded polystyrene, expanded polyethylene, expanded urethane.

The spacer used in the present invention fills the gap between the base and the foam plate, and has various thicknesses depending on the change in the gap due to the base having a lot of unevenness. For example (specific example), an acrylic molded plate, a molded rubber plate, a slate plate, or the like is used.

As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, by using the foamable adhesive, the heat insulating and soundproofing flat foam material can overcome the obstacles such as the unevenness of the base and the expansion and contraction of the foam material, and less. The amount is simple, workability is good, and it can be firmly adhered.
