(発明が解決しようとする問題点) 従来は、紡糸ヘツドの温度を一定に維持するために加熱

望の温度まで下降させるために長時間を必要とし、特に
温度維持のために紡糸ヘツドを断熱材で被覆することに
より、熱媒ジヤケツト自体の他に、熱媒ジヤケツトの外
側の断熱材が加熱されて高温になつており、その熱容量
が大きくなつていて、上記温度下降の妨げとなり、例え
ば292℃から282℃まで温度を10℃下げるために1時間近
くを必要とし、その間生産が停止するという問題があつ
た。

ツトおよび紡糸ヘツドを囲む断熱材の熱が冷媒ジヤケツ
ト側に移動することによつて熱媒ジヤケツトの温度が下
降し、特に冷媒の流量の調整によつて紡糸ヘツドの温度
の下降速度を所望の大きさに設定することができる。ま
た熱媒を断熱膨張させた場合は、熱媒ジヤケツト内の熱
媒自体の温度が下降するので、この下降に伴つて紡糸ヘ
ツドの温度が低くなる。そして、上記の冷媒循環と熱媒
の断熱膨張とを併用することにより、紡糸ヘツドの温度
の下降速度を一層速くすることができる。

みを用いた場合が20分であつた。

が短縮され、生産量が増加する。しかも、この発明によ
れば、熱媒の冷却、すなわち紡糸口金の冷却を熱媒ジャ
ケットの外側に設けた冷媒ジャケットによって、また熱
媒の断熱膨張によって、更に両者の併用によっても行う
ことができるので、目的に応じて使い分けすることがで
き、特に両者を併用した場合は、紡糸口金の温度降下を
一層迅速に行うことができる。
