実に機器内部の温度を下げる。このため機器放熱対策の
主流となっている。また、冷却用ファン装置を駆動制御
するにあたり、冷却用ファンの回転数を機器内温度に対
応して略リニアに変化させ冷却効果をあげる構成として
いる。すなわち、図3の特性図で示すごとく温度の高い
範囲では冷却用ファンの回転数を上げ、温度の低い範囲
では冷却用ファンの回転数を下げる。また、機器の電源
スイッチが入ると同時に常にファンが回転する構成とし
