めの環境(局所・全身的)や治療が適切であったかを評
価する手段の一つとなる。2. にあたって、長径×短径では更に不都合が生じる。この
ため、従来面積を測定するためには、透明な薄い化学合
成素材を用い、傷の形状を写し取り、方眼紙上で読み取
る方法が用いられてきた。しかし、この方法では、読み
取る時間や人為的な誤差が生じやすく、ベッドサイドで

重を変えることで係数を変化できる製品となる。 (3)測定手順を単純化できる。 (4)創の形状を経時的変化で保存できる。 (5)材質を選択できる(樹脂の種類による選択、厚さ
による選択、透明度等)。 (6)滅菌化することもできる(EOG、コバルト照
射、電子滅菌等)。 (7)滅菌処置のない場合は、使用前裏面を消毒用アル
