Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a dehumidified and lightweight air mattress by thermally fusing the circumference of a conjugated film obtained by laminating a conjugated film of a polyolefine and a textile product or a nonwoven fabric to compose a airtight bag to be fitted with gas. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet 3 comprises an intermediate layer 11 of a polyethylene being in contact with an outer textile layer 8 and an intermediate nylon layer 10 being in contact with an inner polyethylene layer 12. In the laminated sheet 3, the outer textile layer 8 and the intermediate polyethylene layer 11 are weekly laminated so as not to damage flexibility and hygroscopicity which are the characteristics of the outer textile layer 8, and the intermediate polyethylene layer 11 is partly impregnated with the outer textile layer 8 by the thermal fusion of peripheral sealing 4 and divisional sealing 5, and sectional sealing 6 to increase the adhesive strength between them. A plurality of gas passageways 13 are formed on the line of each sectional sealing 6, and each division partitioned by the divisional sealing 5 is equipped with an inlet valve 7 and an outlet valve 14.

充填した時マット本体(1)の膨らみを限定する為のも
ので、膨らみは上下合わせて100mm程度が望まし
い。栓(7)はガスの充填用と共に充填量の微調整をス
トローを使用してなすものであり、発明者は実施例に於
いて逆止弁を採用した。限定シール(6)のライン上に
は、ガス通路(13)が複数個設けられていて室内をガ
スが流通出来るようになっている。ガス通路(13)は
マット本体(1)内部のガス流通が適度の抵抗によるシ
ョックアブソバー機能が働く間隙にするのが望ましい。

て取り付けられている。区画シール(5)は、頭部や背
中、腰などを夫々好みの高さに調節出来るように別区画

リエチレン(11)及び内層材ポリエチレン(12)に
接する中間材ナイロン(10)とで形成された積層シー
トである。積層シート(2)は外層材不織布(9)と中
間材ナイロン(10)はラミネート積層されるのであっ
て、接着強度が優れているから苛酷な使用に耐える長所
を具備している。積層シート(3)は、外層材繊維製品
(8)と中間材ポリエチレン(11)との接着は外層材
繊維製品(8)の特性である柔軟性と吸湿性を失わせな
い程度の弱目のラミネート接合とし、周縁シール(4)
及び区画シール(5)と限定シール(6)の熱融着によ
り中間材ポリエチレン(11)を外層材繊維製品(8)
に一部含浸させることで、接着強度を高めたものであ
る。従って、積層シート(3)は、寝たきり老人などが
要求する床ずれ防止用のマットに適している。積層シー
ト(2)及び積層シート(3)は夫々内層面を合わせて
周縁シール(4)で融着され、マット本体(1)を構成
している。限定シール(6)はガスを栓(7)より充填
した時マット本体(1)の膨らみを限定する為のもの
で、膨らみは上下合わせて100mm程度が望ましい。
栓(7)はガスの充填用と共に充填量の微調整をストロ
ーを使用してなすものであり、発明者は実施例に於いて
逆止弁を採用した。限定シール(6)のライン上には、
ガス通路(13)が複数個設けられていて室内をガスが
流通出来るようになっている。ガス通路(13)はマッ
ト本体(1)内部のガス流通が適度の抵抗によるショッ
クアブソバー機能が働く間隙にするのが望ましい。(1

り付けられている。区画シール(5)は、頭部や背中、
腰などを夫々好みの高さに調節出来るように別区画する

複合フィルムと布帛又は、不織布を積層してなる二枚の
シートの複合フィルム面を内側に、布帛又は、不織布面
を外側にして合わせ周縁を熱融着して気密袋とすると共
に、少なくとも一本以上の区画シールと、気密袋にガス
を充填した時の膨らみを限定する為の限定シールを設
け、該シール部には複数箇のガス通路を備え、且つ、気
密袋には区画された室ごとにガスを注入及び排出する為
の栓を設けた事を特徴とするエァーマット。
