クス３の開口3aに出し入れ口１として取着される蓋枠1a
と、収納ボックス３の下面（底板）に一方に偏らせた状
態で下方に向けて垂下され且つ上方が開口した有底筒状
の収納部分４とによって主体を構成してある。この収納
部分４は上下方向に高さ調節自在としてあり、本実施例
の場合、伸縮自在なジャバラ体4aによって構成してあ
る。上記蓋枠1aには左右両側にそれぞれ開閉自在な蓋1
b,1cを設けてあり、一方の蓋1bを開閉させることによっ
て収納ボックス３内に設けた収納部分４への収納物５の
出し入れを行うことができるようにしてあり、他方の蓋
1cを開閉させることによって収納ボックス３内への収納
