取付け、該マガジンの内部には、その外周側に沿って上
記連結帯を円弧状に案内する幅広の連結帯ガイド路を形
成するとともに、該連結帯ガイド路の内径方向には連結
ネジ上のネジの軸部を収容する幅狭のネジ軸収容空間部
を形成するとともに、前記連結帯ガイド路の一端には前
記ノーズ部材に形成された連結ネジの導入口に対向する
開口部を形成し、該開口部の端縁の外表面には、連結ネ
ジの軸方向に沿って複数の凹部を配列形成する一方、上
記端縁には上記連結ネジの軸部に係合するストッパープ
レートを装着してなり、該ストッパープレートは、弾性
材料で構成されるとともに断面形状が略コ字状で、中央
部に上記ネジ軸収容空間部内に配置されてネジの軸部と
係合可能な係止面を有し、両端に前記開口部の端縁に係
合し且つ上記凹部に選択的に嵌合するフック部が形成さ
れていることを特徴とする連結ネジ用ネジ締め機の連結
ネジ脱落防止装置。1. A screw tightening machine for continuously tightening a connecting screw in which a shaft portion of the screw is inserted and held at a constant interval in a long synthetic resin connecting band, and a driver for rotating a driver bit. An adapter body attached to the body, a nose member supported by the adapter body so as to be relatively movable in the axial direction of the driver bit, and a connecting screw provided on the nose member and supplied to the nose member. A magazine having a semi-disc shaped portion on the side opposite to the screw driving direction is attached to the adapter body, and the coupling band is arcuate inside the magazine along the outer peripheral side thereof. A wide connecting band guide path is formed, and a narrow screw shaft accommodating space for accommodating the shaft part of the screw on the connecting screw is formed in the inner diameter direction of the connecting band guide path. An opening is formed at one end of the connecting band guide path, the opening facing the inlet of the connecting screw formed in the nose member, and the outer surface of the edge of the opening extends along the axial direction of the connecting screw. While a plurality of recesses are formed in an array, a stopper plate that engages with the shaft portion of the connecting screw is attached to the end edge, and the stopper plate is made of an elastic material and has a substantially cross-sectional shape. It has a letter-like shape and has a locking surface that is disposed in the screw shaft accommodating space at the central portion and that can engage with the screw shaft portion, and that engages with the edge of the opening at both ends and is selected as the recess.
