Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable packing slabs such as tiles nicely even when the size of the slab or the number of the slabs varies by cutting a packing material apart at each of two lines of incisions which are outside the mount area and substantially perpendicular to a side of the periphery of the mount area. CONSTITUTION:A piece of packing material 1 is rectangular in plane figure and of a size that enables it to bear the bottom of a square tile T (product) and cover the top side and lateral sides of a pile of tiles T entirely. This piece of packing material 1 has three bending lines of perforations 2a-2c which are perpendicular to the longitudinal sides and positioned to the right rather than otherwise, as seen with respect to the longitudinal sides, and three bending lines of perforations 3a-3c likewise to the left rather than otherwise. The parts intervening between the groups of bending lines 2a-2c, 3a-3c make mount areas. In the bordering parts, using the mount areas of the longer sides and shorter sides as a reference there are provided respectively pieces which are to be cut off along perforations 5c-10c, 5d-10d so as to form band-stretching grooves.

For example, conventionally, tiles are arranged in an upright posture in a corrugated cardboard box, and if necessary, a piece of cushioning corrugated cardboard is sandwiched between the tiles so that a space between both ends in the arrangement direction and the inner wall of the corrugated board is provided. It is a general packaging form to fill a cushioning body such as styrofoam or an air pack.

As shown in FIG. 7, one corrugated cardboard 50 is made to be able to be folded in three, and the corrugated cardboard 50 which overlaps with the bottom 51 is cut into a frame-shaped storage section 52. A transparent hole 54a is formed in a portion which overlaps with this and becomes the lid 53. The storage unit 52 may be perforated according to a pattern in advance so that the size of the tiles to be packed can be changed, and the tiles can be packed in the storage unit 52.

However, in the method of packing tiles in a cardboard box together with a cushioning material such as an air pack, the cardboard box is larger than the actual bulk of the tiles. Therefore, the consumption of corrugated cardboard as a packaging material increases, and it is likely to cause obstacles in terms of handling and transportation efficiency in the distribution process.

[0008] However, the packaging of each sheet is a heavy burden in the case of large-volume shipment, and is one for the user side.
It is very troublesome because the packaging is unpacked one by one, and it is difficult to deal with actual market supply even if there is compatibility when providing sample products. And although good packaging is possible even if the shape of the tiles changes, no consideration is given to packaging with an increased number of tiles, and it is limited to application in the field of packaging and transportation of sample products for exhibition. .

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a flat plate-shaped packaging material for packaging a single or a plurality of laminated plate-shaped materials having a polygonal planar shape, which is made of cushioning cloth. Of the plate-like material to be packaged, the placing area having the substantially same planar shape as the one having the smallest planar shape is set on the surface of the dough, and the outside of the placing area is the outer contour of the placing area. The two cuts are cut in a direction substantially orthogonal to one side formed by the penetrating the cross section of the cloth, and the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the cut extends from the outer contour of the setting area is the bending line. It is characterized in that almost the entire plate-like material can be covered with the outer contour of the region, and the portion sandwiched by the two cuts serves as the fastening surface of the band for binding.

[Function] For one or several plate-like materials placed on the cloth including the placing area, the portion that intersects the notch outside the placing area and is separated from the edge of the plate-like material. When the dough is bent at a different position to cover the upper surface of the plate-shaped material, the cut portion has a positional relationship that extends from the bottom surface portion of the plate-shaped material to the peripheral surface and the upper surface portion. Therefore, if the band is wound around the cut portion, the tightening of the band binds and fixes the area around the tile.

In such a package, even if the size of the plate-shaped material changes, if the cuts are extended outwards at right angles to each side of the plate-shaped material, the tiles will extend to the bottom, peripheral surface and top surface of the tile. It can be positioned and allows packaging independent of tile size. Also, by changing the bent portion of the cloth, packaging can be performed according to the stacking height of tiles, and the number of tiles can be changed.
