2. Description of the Related Art The use of lacquered products in furniture, building materials, decorative wall surfaces, accessories, etc., which are required to be visually appealing and have a high-class feel and weight, has been a tradition from ancient Japan. Traditionally, lacquering has been done by hand-painting the surface of wooden products with natural lacquer paints dozens of times, but in the case of traditional crafts, productivity is extremely poor as an industrial product, and its range of use is extremely limited. Was there.

In recent years, mass production technology for high-quality lacquered products has been developed. As one of them, a semi-cured lacquer film is adhered to the surface of a base material such as a metal plate or a resin plate for lacquering. A method for mass-producing a product is disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 3-40719.

However, a lacquer decorative board in which a lacquer film is attached to a metal plate has a problem that the weight is heavy and it is difficult to carry out on-site construction such as cutting and grinding, and the resin plate is applied to the lacquer film. There was a problem in that the adhesion of (1) to (1) adhered to the base material and the surface gloss was exhibited. The present invention solves the conventional problems, is lightweight and easy to cut and grind, and provides a lacquer decorative board having good adhesion to a base material and surface gloss expression and a simple manufacturing method thereof. It is what

(Example 1) Tensile elastic modulus of 2 as reinforcing fiber
3 layers of woven fabric prepreg using 4 ton / mm 2 of carbon fiber and epoxy resin as matrix resin were laminated, and laminated on the standard lacquer film manufactured by Kuzugawa Industry Co., Ltd. set on the mirror-finished stainless die surface. Then, heat-pressurized integral molding was carried out under the condition of 120 ° C. × 4 atm by ordinary autoclave molding. The obtained lacquer decorative board is lightweight, easy to cut and cut, has excellent adhesion and surface gloss between the lacquer surface and the base material surface, and is attached to a wall surface,
I was able to create a solid atmosphere.

Example 2 Example 1 was repeated except that carbon fiber short fibers having a tensile elastic modulus of 24 ton / mm 2 and a fiber length of about 25 mm were used as the reinforcing fibers, and an SMC material using a vinyl ester resin was used as the matrix resin. A lacquer decorative board was produced in the same manner as in. The lacquer decorative board thus obtained had excellent performance similar to the lacquer decorative board obtained in Example 1, but was particularly excellent in surface gloss and suitable for furniture decoration.

(Example 3) As in Example 1, an SMC material and a lacquer film using short glass fibers having a tensile elastic modulus of 7 ton / mm 2 as reinforcing fibers and a vinyl ester resin as a matrix resin were mirror-finished. A convex lacquer decorative board was formed by integrally molding with heat and pressure on a mold. The obtained lacquer decorative board had the same excellent performance as the lacquer decorative board obtained in Example 1, had a special design effect, and had excellent suitability for building materials and furniture decoration.
