SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve such a problem, the present invention uses a balloon to display an alarm notification sheet as a "flag" when an accident occurs, and whether the balloon bursts in some cases. The present invention provides a distress alert sheet and alert tool that can be easily visually spotted by a helicopter, another boat, or the like, even if the seat has withered and drifted. Its specific configuration has a ground color consisting of a single color or a combination of multiple colors that can be easily identified and recognized from the surrounding environment, and an emergency notification colored character such as SOS that can be clearly distinguished from this ground color is used. A buoyancy imparting member having a large number of air layers in a grid pattern is attached to the peripheral edges and crosspieces, and a fluorescent or reflective coating layer or member is attached to at least both longitudinal edges. A vertically long sheet provided with a section is used as a notification sheet, and the lower part 2
It is a notification sheet having mooring cords in the corners and balloon attachment cords (wires, etc.) in the upper two corners, and a balloon attached to this and a portable hydrogen or helium cylinder for supplying air to the balloons. A distress alert tool characterized by being a set.

Each material used in the present invention will be described below. The sheet material for the information sheet is not particularly limited, but in general, plastics such as nylon and vinyl are inexpensive, easy to process, easy to color, and good in water resistance, which is preferable. Further, it is needless to say that the cloth material may be water resistant. As the buoyancy imparting member, a plastic string having fine air bubbles for packaging, a vinyl sheet having a large number of large air particles known as a cushioning material, a kapok fiber or the like is applied, but it is preferable because it imparts buoyancy to the whole. . For example, in the case of Kapok fiber, if it is used by being covered with a thin plastic tube, it is easy to install and it does not come apart during use, which is advantageous.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described below with reference to examples. The notification sheet 10 according to the present invention has a single color, for example, orange or red or white, or a plurality of colors, such as orange, red, and yellow, which can be easily identified and recognized from the surrounding environment as shown in FIG. A combination of green fabrics having a unit area is used as a ground color 1, and a grid-shaped buoyancy imparting member 3 is attached to the surrounding edge and crosspieces, and, for example, red, white, or black. The colored letters 2 for emergency notification such as SOS, which are combined by using a color that can be clearly distinguished from the background color, are provided, and in the longitudinal direction of the sheet 10, a coating layer of fluorescent paint or a light-reflective attachment is provided. The member 4 is provided. The buoyancy imparting member 3 and the coating layer of the fluorescent paint or the light reflecting attachment member 4 can be provided on the back side of the information sheet instead of the front side, and the effect remains the same. Further, the buoyancy imparting member 3 can be attached at any position on the front side or the back side of the sheet. In the case of a marine accident, a shark repellent odorant may be applied to the sheet. In the notification sheet 10 of the present invention, a mooring cord 5 made of nylon or the like is attached to the lower corner, and a balloon attaching cord 6 such as wire is attached to the upper corner.

[0007] Assuming the case of capsizing a ship according to the present invention, FIG.
First, in the daytime, the evacuation boat 2 is shown in FIG.
The person 22 moves to 1 and the notification sheet 10 of the distress notification device according to the present invention is displayed on it. 11 is a balloon, and 12 is a cylinder for inflating the balloon 11 to display the information sheet 10. This way you can often find this even in the distance. When the balloon is deflated, or the gas cylinder 12 such as hydrogen or helium for inflating the balloon is lost, it can be easily found on the aircraft by floating the notification sheet 10 on the water surface as shown in FIG. can do. Particularly in this case, it is obvious that if a plurality of notification sheets 10 are continuously flowed, it is easier to find them from the sky. FIG. 4 is a description of the state at night in the state of FIG. 2, but since there is fluorescent paint or the reflective attachment member 4, it can be easily found to shine with a slight amount of light, for example, a flashlight, illumination of a ship, etc. Therefore, it is possible to easily recognize the distress and to make an effective notification. In the figure, 23 is an aircraft and 24 is a ship. A gas cylinder such as a portable hydrogen cylinder or a helium cylinder and a flashlight are prepared in the boat. (Not shown). It can be easily found by helicopters, P3C, YS-11, etc.

The distress alarm device of the present invention is as shown in FIG.
It is also effective in the snowy mountains in winter, and for example, it can be spread by suspending the notification sheet 10 on a tree branch using the balloon attaching wire on the upper side and fixing the lower section using the mooring cord. Since the color of the notification sheet 10 that can be easily recognized differs depending on the place of use, the background color and the color of the character may be selected appropriately.
In this case, since the surrounding area is white, the red background color is also very effective. Also, depending on how the colors are combined, the discrimination effect can be enhanced by combining two or more types of color backgrounds, such as a divided grid of red and white. In this case, humans can evacuate into Bomboli and wait for rescue.

In the distress alarm device of the present invention, at least a portion of the cloth or the sheet is rolled and put together with other accessory parts (rubber balloon, portable cylinder, string, flashlight, etc.) to a predetermined position of the life raft. Place it, and as shown in Figure 6, life jacket 13
Inserted and stored in (known in airplanes, ships, etc.) and in an emergency, expand as shown in the direction of the arrow or store in the floating vest (vest for fishing) 14 as shown in FIG.
In an emergency, pull out from the bag as shown in the direction of the arrow, or use a pochette type vest (sandwiched on the belt of the pants) 15 as shown in FIG. 8, and in an emergency, pull out from the bag as shown in the direction of the arrow. As a result, it is possible to improve the usage efficiency in response to the urgency. Of course, if only the information sheet is rolled up and stored, it will be light and compact.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, the information sheet can be easily recognized visually from a distance not only when the ship is capsized but also when it is in a disaster such as a snowy mountain. Since it has a special effect that it is easy to detect regardless of the situation, even if the communication function of the distress notification is paralyzed as in the conventional case, it works effectively and it is easy to save a human life.
