Abstract

A bent part 14A of a hinge spring 14 arranged between the brackets 35, 37 is engaged with a hook 38 formed by cutting and erecting the bracket 35 to energize the cover 4 in an opening direction. A projection 39 is provided to the hook 38 and a gap between the projection 39 and the bracket 35 is selected slightly smaller than a diameter of the spring 14.
