を用いて剥離するケーブルストリッパーに関する。ケー
ブルの被覆を剥離する場合、剥離しようとする長さの位
置にケーブルの被覆部に輪切り状の切り込みを入れ筒状
の被覆を引き抜くか、或いは輪切り状の切り込みとは別
にこの切り込み部からケーブルの先端まで別の刃物で被
覆部に縦割りの切り込みを入れ、被覆を剥ぎ取る方法で
行うのが一般的である。この発明は、ケーブルの被覆部
に輪切り状の切り込みを入れ、極めて迅速で精確かつ容
易に切り込みが入れられ、かつ内部電線にキズを付ける
ことなく、奇麗に剥離できるケーブルストリッパーを提
供することにある。この発明を図面に示す実施例にもと
ずき説明する。第1図ないし第3図に示すものは第一実
施例であり、柄1は細長い二枚の板を重ね合わせリベッ
ト2で固定されている。柄1の前部には二枚の板の一方
の板の内側に薄板の切刃3を収納するため、切刃3の板
厚より少し厚目の凹段部4を設け、この凹段部4の中に
ケーブルの被覆部に輪切り状の切り込みをいれるため、
鋭角に対向した勾配面5を有する巾細扇形の穴6を設
け、刃先がこの勾配面5の一方の面に沿って少し突出す
るように切刃3が取り付けられている。切刃3の前部の
固定穴7は柄1の凹段部4の中に有る長穴8をガイドと
して前後に移動でき、切刃3の後部の端部9は凹段部4
の当部10に当接し、当部10は長穴8と平行のため、
切刃3は勾配面5と平行で出し入れ自在に必要量を突出

り込み部を屈曲させながら剥離部を引けば筒状に被覆が
引き抜かれ剥離できる。第三実施例においては、ケーブ
ルの被覆部に輪切り状の切り込みを入れる方法は前記第
一実施例の場合とほぼ同じで、ケーブルを円板状の板5
