Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect and repair a water leak part of a water barrier sheet quickly by partitioning the gap between upper and lower water blocking sheets into a plurality of sections using a sealing material and disposing a buffer and a water leak sensitive sensor in the gap at each section. CONSTITUTION:A lower water barrier sheet 2 is laid on a leveled ground and the seam of the sheet 2 is welded or bonded to produce one water barrier sheet. Appropriate number of sealing materials 3 are then set on the sheet 2 depending on the area before the entire area of the sheet 2 is partitioned into a plurality of sections. Subsequently, water leak sensors 4 are arranged at respective sections and connected by means of a lead wire 6. The lead wire 6 is wired carefully such that the lead wire 6 pierces the sealing material 3 with no gap. Furthermore, a buffering material 5 is laid at each section and an upper water barrier sheet 1 is laid and boded to the sealing material 3.
